They were supposed to only do a AC service and test my battery. When I dropped off that morning and reminded them of an exact pick up time, they said okay. They then called at the exact time saying it would take another 45 minutes and I had a lot of other issues, great, super. Thanks for looking at everything when you weren't told to, but you wasted your time slot for what needed to be truly done. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they "were out of time." And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.

I was pleased to discover that Homer has that same honest approach to service that Kelly and Charlie had. He looked at my car and we then had an honest and straight-forward conversation about what he found. The fix was going to be a complex one and rather than forging ahead with what could have been a profitable bill for him, he encouraged me to take the car to the dealer since they would have more experience with this particular issue. Even more surprising was how he didn't charge me for the time he spent evaluating the vehicle! It was so refreshing to have that kind of honest and straight-forward feedback! Kudos, Homer!

They won't send you photos of all the damage or issues with the vehicle. Then, after you do finally sign the paperwork, no one will ever call you back.
