Really?! What a rip off! It made me wish I could make standing next to his kiosk saying, "this guy is trying to rip you off" to every single person who came by my full time job. I get that it wasn't that much money, it's just the principle of the matter. Super frustrated. Will review every where I can so that others know!

I hate talking on the phone and pressing prompts to get things done. These people are real patient and courteous. Over all, they solved my problems. Somehow I never need to wait in line either. I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or they might have the correct number if people working so there's no line. Anyway, this place is the best.

She was already overwhelmed and frustrated with the situation and the girl that "helped" her (Jessica C) just added to that. She was very curt and rude while my mother was trying to remember her Apple ID. I stayed on the phone throughout the entire conversation to listen to their interaction. Jessica C obviously felt like she had better things to do than to help an older woman try to set up a new phone. So very disappointed with the lack of empathy. Customer service skills really go out the window with technology. I wish I had been there.

Lots of devices on display and while I won't carry fruit (it's a long story), my wife loves her iPhone. We stopped in to touch and hold a new model just to see what she thinks. After a few minutes of poking around, we're sticking with her current one. Still, pleasant shopping. [Review 2210 of 2024 - 1182 in South Carolina - 23228 overall]
