They were unable to turn on our pump. Their visit encouraged us to fix the system ourselves, without buying a new pump. Because the motor runs when we flip the switch. We reconnected the impeller to the motor shaft, and now we're happily rediscovering the sprinkler heads around the yard.

Plus all the water on the lawn, yard, the street. Shawn came on time, looked at the cause...replaced three T shape connectors, rewired the connections both in the back and the front of property.
