I've been at the 1220 E Hwy 199 location for a few years now. The premises is very clean, no less, always look around your car's tires for loose nails n bolts as it seems the property grounds are not given a good sweeping, all the time. Staff is very cordial and professional, though rarely onsite at this location. They operate out of their Hwy 51 location 3 miles away (North on 51) The 3 units I've been in rate from 3-5 Stars. Older outdoor driveup units run the gamut from: clean, minimal bugs and nice smooth bay doors to lots of bugs/spiders and rickety bay doors. I'm now in the 1220 E Hwy 199 location's brand new climate controlled building and the unit is tall, roomy, and quiet! Ahhh, so nice! It is a nice change to be indoors; out of the elements/weather. Transitioning from one unit to another was a breeze, including pro-rating and such if moving during the odd time of the month. Everything is explained either by phone, text, and/or email. The sole issue I have, is, at times transformers blow during storms leaving the inside literally in the dark. Due to that, tenants need to leave the exterior door OPEN to let light into the dark hallway. Other then that, this is one VERY nice facility with a staff as hospitable as they come!

The facility is well maintained. My door code to the building did not initially work, but a call to the office, late on a Saturday afternoon was answered promptly. After answering the security questions, the issue was promptly resolved. Highly recommend! A great service at a competitive price.
