These guys are first-rate experts. Not only are Carlos and his team true professionals, but they're…read morethe nicest folks that you could ever hope to do business with. We have used them twice to-date: The first time to bring down a couple of very large dead pines and, most recently, a large sycamore that was too close to our house. They're prompt and they get right down to business. And when they're done, they clean up. You'll hardly even know they were there. And their prices are very reasonable. Evergreen is a family business. And, as I already pointed out, they're just downright wonderful people. We wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!

Evergreen gave me an estimate much lower than the other 2 companies I had come look at two trees…read morewhich had been diagnosed by a Master Arborist as diseased. They showed up promptly as scheduled, the work was done safely, efficiently and completely. I like that it's a family owned business and it was Carlos's daughter who gave the estimate and answered my phone call. The only negative is that they left deep divots in the lawn where logs hit the ground, or equipment dug in. It will make mowing a challenge unless I get out with a shovel and rake (and I'm an 80 year old woman!). But I am willing to use them again because their prices are the best, and they're very nice to deal with.

Paver job was excellent, work was quality when it comes to laying pavers but the problem is they…read moreleft my yard trashed after laying the pavers. I give them credit they came back and cleaned up but I shouldn't have to tell them to do that . Next problem is they destroyed multiple sections of my lawn when they did the paver installation and they did not intend to re-sod the damage areas. I didn't understand why they didn't have a plan to repair the damaged sections of my lawn and why they expected me to foot the bill for the repairs. I had to pay for the sod and the labor for them to repair the grass they destroyed. So I was very unhappy with this part of the job. I think it's fair for the customer to expect the company to fix the grass if they destroy it. They did a good job laying the sod I had to pay for.

I called them and within a couple of days they came out on Thurs, gave me a quote (and a VERY fair quote), and were here Saturday to cut the tree down. They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.
