    Bathroom door

Fitness room equipment inoperative. Rusty hinges, nail clippings on carpet, hair in tub, splatter on curtains, couches full of hair, stayed three nights never got our room trash dumped or anything cleaned. Food mislabeled at breakfast with food allergens.

It was decent, but definitely needs a deep clean and a lot of repairs/remodel. Pros Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly Cons -Bathroom floors and baseboards were dirty, shower was moldy. Shampoo/conditioner bottles constantly fell off the walls. -bathroom was terrible. The door was too big, so you had to stand in the shower to close it. -to turn the shower on, you had the reach in and be sprayed with ice cold water -carpet was sticky in places and was torn -Couch cushions were thin and flimsy -most outlets didn't work -Lightbulbs burned out - towels were not soft and were tiny -only one small trash can. Everyone put trash out in halls. -we were there for 3 nights and room was never cleaned or trash emptied -room keys quit working and had to be replaced twice -Exterior doors on either end were never locked -pool has no key card, anyone could get in -pool was pretty dirty and needs new paint/re-plaster -At checkout we were told about a survey we would receive in an email. The employee said we would be given 500 points for scoring them a 10. Will not be staying there again.

Aww - sad that this is the first review for this hotel. Without too much further delay: Location: 3 out of 5 This place isn't ultra convenient if you're flying into OKC, but if you have friends and family that live to the north, it's in a pretty convenient location. Be aware that Memorial is not a toll road, but instead it runs parallel to it. Depending on where you're coming from, you may have to cross the toll road, and take a left, as either side of Memorial are 1 way at this point. Honestly though, it isn't that tough to figure out. Amenities: 4 out of 5 Nothing to complain about here. The suite we had contained everything that we needed and then some. The added bonuses I guess are the microwave and the mini fridge. It's not complete "suite-esque" as there was no full kitchenette and no dividing walls or doors in the living area, but no real complaints. There is a "living room" feel with a couch and one wing chair in the suite. Please do check out the daily hot breakfast, though. By no means is it gourmet, but along with the traditional continental breakfast items there are breakfast patties, eggs with cheese in them, oatmeal, and waffles. Of course, there is also yogurt, milk, cereal, etc. There is outdoor parking on premises at no charge. Service: 4 out of 5 No complaints here - everyone was friendly and kind, and the breakfast staff was quick to refill items that had dwindled down in numbers. Pricing: 5 out of 5 I PL'ed the price, so I can't really complain. Not sure what full retail rates are, but for ~50 bucks a night, I was very satisfied with the experience. Overall: 4 out of 5 Very satisfied with my stay: rooms were spacious, hotel was clean, people were friendly, there was free parking, the breakfast bar was good, etc. etc. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Very small bathroom with poor layout. The shower is small and there is no way to turn the shower on until you are in it.

This place is a dump. I'm a business traveler and SpringHill Suites are usually a safe bet but not this one.

The servers are so kind and check in on you frequently - they even went to ask specifically about the garlicky paste we were curious about! Grilled citrus salmon - perfectly cooked, lightly citrus-y, and with a large helping of grilled veggies. Great portion and taste! Garlicky chicken - a standout dish! Great portion size, with a wide array of sides. Also vegan friendly! The skin is a delicious roasted flavor, but the chicken inside was slightly bland - however there was a garlicky paste that came with this that helped offset that. Hummus stacked bowl (with chicken) - the hummus is so flavorful, and the portion size is again amazing! The chicken and veggies were perfectly balanced with the hummus in amount and flavor, plus the side pita was the perfect vehicle for each bite. Creme brûlée - perhaps my fault for expecting too much out of a "fast food" creme brûlée. Definitely tasted freezer burned/stale, not sure exactly what it was but not my favorite. Still overall ok though! What a great experience! So glad I tried Meddy's and can't wait to come back!

Like there's a silo (I think that's what it is?) right outside the venue and also train tracks right outside too. It definitely feels like you are in a more or less secluded area, even though it's very much still in Edmond. The ground outside the venue was mostly large gravel up closest to the entrance, and small gravel further away (like where most people ended up parking). It wasn't the most level ground, which made it a bit difficult for those of us in high heels! It also didn't help that it had rained earlier that day, so there were tons of puddles... so many that you could barely avoid stepping in dirty water, not to mention the wetness paired with the gravel paired with tall shoes just made for a slightly wobbly walk inside. Not the worst thing ever, but if I were the venue, I'd definitely consider paving more of the ground outside to counteract this! There is a small deck type thing out of the front. They have stairs and also a ramp up to this deck which leads to the front door entrance. Inside was smaller than I expected it to be, but it definitely fit everyone that came to the wedding and the reception. It has sort of a mix of the cute country vibe and the fancy warehouse vibe thing going on. I believe you could see the bricks inside, and there were also barn doors on the windows just for example. There was a small balcony in the back. From what I could tell the only way to get up to the balcony was by stairs. Then through a hallway in the back they also have bathrooms and a groomsmen room and bridesmaids room. Because the ceremony and reception were both here, we had to all go outside to wait for them to switch from rows of chairs to tables. I'm not sure if the venue itself was in charge of doing this, or some outside third party, but it didn't take too long (maybe 10-15 minutes). Luckily, we had food and a coffee bar to keep us occupied while waiting for this switch.

Every time I'm here, I think my next event should be here. It would be so much easier to rent this place than to get my house ready for company. If you need a space for 30 people to sit down at tables, have access to a kitchen, and enjoy each others' company, I highly recommend this spot. Wish I had thought of it!
