Pros: The location was EXCELLENT. Short walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere. The staff we encountered during our visit were friendly and helpful, especially Tracy. Cons: The advertised sofa bed is actually a trundle. My youngest was planning on sleeping on it, but once she pulled it out, she found stains and food crumbs. Very off-putting, so she decided to sleep on top of the couch instead. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant musty smell. I asked a lovely young lady who was part of the housekeeping team about it and she told us that it's been that way since a man had been living there who worked in town. We tried to mask the smell with some freshener spray she offered, but it only dissipated after a short time and returned. My family and me only got minimal sleep as you can hear EVERY sound through the walls and hallway. Snoring, yelling, etc. I personally would not stay here again. For the amount of money I paid for the night, I expected more. I can only assume you are paying for the location. read more

The only thing that was good about this place was location and service. The front desk worker was super nice and we were probably 30 seconds away from the heart of the town. But.... 1.) The walls are so thin I could hear snoring from the other room that kept me awake almost all night. And heard people screaming and laughing right outside the door. 2.) the "pull out couch" wasn't even a pull out if was a trundle! That's false advertising. On top of that my sister couldn't even sleep on it because there was a massive stain on it. (Guessing it was some kids pee) 3.) lastly, the smell was HORRIBLE! Every time we walked in it smelt like pork rinds or molded pickles. Lady gave us a spray but only helped for so long. She said some guy was living in it and it always smelt that way. read more

Our room was nice and the air conditioning worked a little too good Pool was nice and they do have an accessible ADA lift. Plenty of parking and yes they have ADA parking. Breakfast was just like any other hotel; just middle of the road. Staff was very nice and they handled our group and two other sports groups great. Highly recommend for groups. read more

Had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. We typically come up to Frankenmuth every couple years around the holiday season. This hotel is reasonably priced and is a couple minute walk to everything downtown. We loved the location and this was a key factor of our booking. Hotel and room was clean. Wasn't impressed - Room was dirty, shower had hair in it. Bed had stains on the comforter blanket. Cobwebs in corners (huge ones). Dust on all fixtures and finishes. The TVs didn't work. The front desk checked us out early, so the manager walked in our room.... They had coupons books they didn't promote. So we found out after we went out for the day shopping without them. The room wasn't ready in time and there was little to no communication. Overall, one of my worst stays at a Marriott property. The manager did reach out and make it right. However, I hope they see this review as a wake up call to be proactive and not reactive to the situation they have going on here... read more

Great location in Frankenmuth. Easy parking, check in and very friendly staff. The King suite had a European feel. The rooms were broken up and curved. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were outstanding!! read more

To quote Bette Davis: What a dump! I have never been at any branded hotel that was in this bad of a state of repair and as poorly ran or as filthy. The first step into the room and it absolutely reeked of smoke and knocked me back from the stench. I went and reported the smoke stench and was told these rooms were non smoking. Well, I then ask about all the cigarette burns in the carpet. (See photos). That smoke stink was horrid but the stale mildew smell soon came through as well. The filter was blackened with it. It just smelled so horribly we thought we'd open the window. Well, (see photo) the screen was more like a poorly woven spider web with huge gaping holes than any sort of screen which of course allowed the bugs in. Great. The decor can only be described as early funeral home. In fact I have seen funeral homes that were less dark and dank and gloomy and sepulchral. Dark is the operative word. Maybe it is so dark to cover up just how filthy the carpet, walls (see photo) and sofa truly are. The walls were so extremely filthy, dirty and stained. (See photo). The only chair in the room was a very broken and unusable desk type chair and was doubtless used during the inquisition, for what other purpose could it serve? The refrigerator was replete with bars broken off the doors so they could not be used and yes, you guessed, it too was filthy. Another Smithsonian relic was the 21 year old microwave followed closely by the 12 year old TV the remote seemed to telegraph the signal to the set and then it would respond in due time and it was incapable of showing the promised HBO movies. It would just freeze, stop and quit - the end. The bathtub was grimy and if you like ankle deep water while taking a shower, this one's for you! It was completely clogged with hair and glop deposited and never cleaned (see photo). And when we pulled the shower curtain the bar nearly fell down as it was so loose that we very carefully used it from then on as it held on with "a wing and a prayer." Clearly no one here has heard of routine or preventive maintenance. To add to the dankness, a couple of the light bulbs were out. Another guest had requested lightbulbs and never received any, so she climbed up and moved one to a lamp so she would have light. Our spare was also out. (See photo). Other items that were out were: toilet paper and Kleenex, again another extremely simple and routine item to replace. And they offered ZERO housekeeping while we were there. We had to reuse the same towels four times. Something we would not do at our home, why be forced to do so when paying such inflated rates for such overall substandard lodgings. The lack of even basic housekeeping such as trash removal, you get zip, bupkis! And then there was the door that we had to have the desk clerk come to see if she could get the dead bolt to go in so we could close the door. She worked with it several minutes before she was able to and said they were all worn out and would do this and to be careful that the door actually locked when leaving. (See photo) as the door was quite literally falling apart and the lock shows it had been worked on previously without much success. I will not comment on the "free" breakfast as we know they build that price into the room so it is not truly free. It got a hard pass from us. There was no butter or real oleomargarine, only some dairy free "spread" for the dried out muffins. Even the faux apple and orange juice was out the one morning we did check it out. The only reason we can see that this place continues to be in business is it's commanding location on the main street of this tourist town. This can and should not in any way excuse the immeasurably substandard level of housekeeping, routine maintenance and overall decrepitude and filth throughout. We spent three long and insufferable days at this stinky, grimy place and at least there was a Book of Mormon but even Heavenly Father wouldn't want to visit this dump. This place is a litany of missed routine cleaning and maintenance and huge misses on customer service. I have dozens of more photos to document the multitude of failures of this location and could write much more but you should have the gist by now and the pictures say a thousands words don't they? There can be no apologies for this level of incompetence. As a Bonvoy member I can truly say this is the absolute worst Marriott I've ever experienced and it is a mistake I will not ever make again and I encourage you to pass on this place as well. read more

Other than the staff and the location, this hotel totally missed the mark and is not up to Marriott's standards. The staff were exceptional! Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Our room was small and it was difficult to maneuver around the beds. Only one table and it was between both beds. Most of the furniture was very stained, as well as the carpets. In my opinion, this hotel needs some major updates/renovations. It does not live up to the Marriott name. We will continue to stay at Marriott properties, but not at this particular hotel. For the same cost, there are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity that offer better amenities. read more

We had a nice 3 night stay here. It was a perfect location for walking the strip. Our room was clean, but we did have to seek housekeeping since the body gel soap dispenser in the shower was empty (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are in dispensers, no small bottles are left). We didn't have breakfast at all since it was very limited due to covid, and we didn't get to take advantage of fitness room or pool since they were closed due to covid. They probably need to be a little more aware of things that need cleaning in the common areas -- there was what appeared to be a cherry pit on the floor near the stairwell door on the 3rd floor (which we used every time we left the hotel since we were in room 301) -- it laid there from when we checked in on Tuesday .... until we left on Friday. It also took until Thursday before we noticed the garbage outside the hotel door had been emptied (it was full, as we could see our white castle bag we tossed in there at arrival at the top every time we passed, and watched it fill up moreso with someone's beer bottles that were almost falling out). It was also a little frustrating that they were having "internet issues", and their fancy television system that should have allowed for us to connect to Netflix, or watch HBO or Showtime apps - or even be able to see the guide & what was on TV -- didn't work. We got TV channels, but nothing on the guide would come up, and we couldn't connect to anything else because of these issues. I get that it's kind of out of their control with their internet provider, but it was a tad frustrating when it came time to unwind in our room for the evening (especially since so many shops and things closed in the area at 7pm - there wasn't much else to do). Other than that - no other complaints. We got to check in a little early when we arrived, our room itself was clean, and housekeeping took care of us promptly when we made them aware of the empty body gel. read more

Starting with our check in, the lady was on the phone with her child and we heard the whole conversation her side. Our door would not shut without a good push or shove. The elevator floor was dirty. Actually all floors were dirty. Our tub had hair in it. The shower head fell off. It was leaking down the wall & the floor was very wet. After reporting it was a little better but water still pooled on the floor. The toilet also leaked and would run periodically. Hotel amenities soap/shampoo dispenser were empty. I bring my own but husband didn't. The shower leaking left mold in the corner & along the wall of the tub. All surfaces really dusty. We had to ask for extra towels because we used them to soak up the leaking shower head. We grabbed them at the main desk because 2 night stays do not get a room refresh. Ate breakfast there 1 morning typical breakfast hot & cold items. Coffee was lukewarm not hot. If we return unfortunately it will not be to this location. Disappointed that Marriott left us down. Since my sister in law had stayed here 5 years ago it is obvious that upkeep has not been handled properly. Save your money and stay elsewhere in Frankenmuth. read more

The SpringHill Suites Frankenmuth is conveniently located close to the shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, they doesn't seem to put much effort into service. Because they are in Frankenmuth, business is likely to be good regardless of issues. There never was a cart available to take luggage to and from the room for the entire time our our stay. The front desk said they had not been returned. There were multiple small issues with the room. The tub barely drained so the water rose quite high. There was a burnt out light at the entrance to the room making the low light level even worse. The bottom sheet on the bed did not fit well and would not stay on the mattress. The breakfast selection was very sparse. The only dry cereals were sweetened and the oatmeal was not replenished during the last hour of breakfast. read more

The rooms are pretty nice and spacious. Staff was friendly. Breakfast options include eggs, sausage, prepackaged muffins/pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. They offered chicken sausage, which I appreciated and enjoyed. I do have a few complaints that made my stay less enjoyable. The walls are very thin, so I heard everything going on outside as well as everything going on in the hallways. We had neighbors in and out of their rooms at early hours, and their doors naturally slammed loudly every time. There must also be construction happening in the next lot over because I was awoken several times at very early hours with the sound of constant banging, machinery, large trucks, etc. I understand the hotel isn't really at fault for these things, but it was constantly disruptive to my sleep and I was very annoyed because of that. The other major issue I had was the television. Although they had a ton of great options for things to watch, the internet must be slow or something because you can't watch anything straight through without issue. Frequently while watching movies, it stops to load, and sometimes took a while. A couple of times it stopped altogether and prompted us to check the connection. The beds are advertised as queen size, but I am fairly certain they are only full size. I have a queen size at home and these were smaller. My boyfriend and I slept separately because there was no room to move around with more than one person in the bed. Not a huge deal, but would have been a bummer if our room only had one "queen" size bed. The pool area looked nice but we did not use it. The gym is very small with limited equipment, but the machines looked nice. My boyfriend used the gym and his only complaint was that the built-in TVs weren't connected to the internet so you couldn't watch anything while working out. Machine was facing away from the TV on the wall so he couldn't watch that either. The hotel and room were clean and tidy. No housekeeping unless requested, which wasn't an issue for me cuz I only stayed for two nights and don't mind tidying things up myself. The hotel is in an awesome location. We didn't have to drive around while here as it was in close proximity of all the major restaurants and shops; we were able to just head out of the hotel and walk around. I would stay here again, but would probably request a room that isn't facing the construction outside so I can get some decent rest. $170 plus tax for a King bed - were told that they have all suites but our room definitely dies not look like a suite; it's a bare bones basic room much like a Motel 6. Springfield Suites is an OLD TIRED motel in need of a major update, giving one star for location-close to everything downtown. Carpets throughout feature big stains. Our small very DARK room features an old couch on one side of a half wall with the King bed on the other. Each side shares one small TV sitting on an old credenza that swivels. The bath tub drain is brown and rusted (there goes the hot bath idea) while the sink & vanity (blotchy bathroom mirror) are fitted into a cubbyhole across and outside of a tiny toilet/tub bathroom area. Could not get room window open, jammed, and noted filthy windowsills. Breakfast at 9:00 was nonexistent-egg pan empty, no milk to be found, coffee no longer hot, worst we ever have seen, we skipped it. It met our needs for one night (too tired to even think of changing motels) but will definitely look elsewhere when visiting Frankenmuth next time. Overpriced, not a good value. read more

This is a pretty ordinary hotel. It's not quite up to Marriott standards. The hot breakfast was mostly vending machine packages that required you to place the breakfast item into the microwave. They advertise a hot breakfast. The two hot items were scrambled eggs and link sausage. The sausage was very tasty with a maple flavor. The rooms were clean. The bed was excellent. The staff were friendly. The yard maintenance needed a lot of work. The housekeeping staff tried to get into the room while I was showering even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door. If you are a sober member they will allow you to stay until noon. The Internet was horrible. It was constantly dropping. I assumed there were 1 million children hogging the Internet and playing games however I was wrong. There were no children at the breakfast. There were only older people and they were not using the Internet or their cell phones, so that means the Internet was bad. I am the most understanding person ever but the front desk clerk (Tracie) lacks people skills. We stayed there with our grandson and had to use a trundle bed. There was not any bed linens in the room for trundle bed. I called front desk and she said they would be at front desk and for me to pick them up. She questioned me twice about linens in the room as though I was being untruthful. Ok no problem. When I went down to pick up linen there was only a thin duvet coverlet. She said all blankets were in laundry and it would be 2 hours before they would be finished. This was suppose to be a studio room but was a standard room. My husband and grandson stopped by desk 2 hours later and she said laundry was not finished. She questioned them as well about the validity of no linens in the room. She stated she had already given me a coverlet. Coverlets are thin waffle Fabric and does not provide enough coverage. She reluctantly gave them another coverlet. She was just simply rude. Breakfast was less than desirable. Obvious that Marriott was being skimpy on variety of packaged pastries. Great location however. read more

12th night this year at this property and they have lost us as customers. We requested cleaning upon checking in for our 3rd day as is our prerogative according to the sign at the front desk. They never did it. Complained twice including once to manager and then someone brought up towels and emptied garbage and that was it. We had to put the towels away. On the second day we requested fresh towels only through the app. They never did appear so we had to get them ourselves. 800.00 for three nights and this is the level of service. I realize most people are a 1-2 night stay max but this is the only Spring Hill we've stayed at over the past year that didn't freshen the rooms on multi night stays. I am truly disappointed in this property as a result. We have been staying here at least a week per year except 2020 for nearly a decade as this was our favorite compared to the Fairfield, Drury, Herzog, and we have Marriott gold status with nearly 40 nights in calendar year 2022. I would have thought that would at least get us clean towels. Upon checkout manager didn't even ask how our stay was. read more

I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and spend a lot time in hotels. This is not the best SpringHill Suites I've been too. Judging by the amount of dust in the room, it was obvious our room had not been deep cleaned in some time. The bathroom was clean but need a thorough cleaning. The room fairly noisy at night time. The pool area was not ventilated well and indoor pool was cold. The hotel staff propped the outside door open to ventilate the area, which to me poses a security risk to hotel guests. The hot tub was warm but not really hot like you expect it to be. The breakfast was really bad. The sausages were barely warm and the eggs were soggy. To be honest the only thing I would eat again was the waffles or cereal. If you just need a place to sleep and plan to eat breakfast somewhere else this is may a average option for you. If you are looking for a good hotel experience with all the amenities then I would look elsewhere. read more

I am a frequent Marriott Bonvoy traveler because of their very much earned reputation. So, I must write this one in the manner that this establishment "earned". Customer service at the front desk on the 19th of May for check in was awful. However, the room was nice and conveniently located near the downtown where we wanted to explore. However, I went to breakfast on the morning of the 20th and was aghast. I watched patrons go to the breakfast bar (as I did) to discover that there were no eggs, sausage, waffle mix, orange juice and muffins. If you were in a hurry - your choice of breakfast bar was cereal with or without milk. I went to the front desk after fifteen minutes to inquire if they were going to restock and was told that the cook was working on it. This went on for about forty minutes before some biscuits and gravy appeared. By the time I left (ran out of time), that was the offering for the today. I have come to appreciate more than this from a hotel that bears the Marriott Moniker. Would encourage all to seek out Marriotts - just not this one. read more

I read the comments from other reviewers before I decided to stay at this hotel. So I was prepared! I'll break it down with my pro's and con's first and wrap it up in a conclusion. PROS: * Location - This hotel is right off the strip and in the heart of it all! No need to drive anywhere on Main St. if you stay at this location. * Service - The lady that assisted us was very friendly and accommodating! When I checked in she gave me a room next to the ice machine on the second floor. My wife and I have a 6mo. old child that sleeps very light during the night at times. I went back down and before I could explain why I wanted a room change, she had already changed it! * Breakfast - The hotel serves breakfast each morning between 6:30am-9:30am (from what I remember). They have container yogurt, pot of oatmeal with toppings, waffle makers that you pour your mix into, bagels, muffins, fruit, juice, milk, coffee, eggs, sausage and others I may have forgotten. Granted, this is no luxury breakfast buffet, but it was nice they offered food where other hotels don't. I grabbed a muffin, yogurt and apple juice. * Price - For being in the heart of the action, the price was decent. There were others that are higher and others that are cheaper, I think it's fairly priced. * Spacious Room - The single king bed room is pretty large! As I mentioned, we brought our 6mo. old and her pack n' play crib. we had ample room for this crib, all our luggage and still had tons of room left over. The couch is a sleeper sofa so even with that pulled out, it STILL had a lot of room! * Cleanliness - As you will see, I have this in the "Con's" section as well. But I think it was clean enough to see past the cons mentioned below. * Amenities - The room included a bar sink, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer (although I'm bald), iPhone/iPod 4 (an older) charger, multiple plug outlets and windows that open! The hotel it's self had hot tub and pool. CONS: * Cleanliness - There were random paint splatters on the walls (view my hotel images). Someone clogged and left their business in the toilet, that was a horrible surprise to find! Was easy enough to flush a few times though. The spa fan vent cover was hanging down and wouldn't stay up. I found mold in the shower. And finally there was a little oder in the room (could have been from the unflushed business in the toilet), nothing opening a window didn't resolve. * Water Pressure - I thought the water quantity and pressure of the shower was rather week. Not a huge deal to me, but worth noting. * TV Location - I do agree with others, the TV location is in a very odd location. I do not watch TV in hotels that often so for me, it wasn't an issue. but for those who rely on the TV, I could see this being a reason not to stay. Your neck would be sore the next morning if you had to look heavily in one direction all night. Even if you are sleeping on the sofa sleeper, it still align that well. The TV faces the back of the desk seat. Makes no sense! * Chemical Smell - I was hit hard by a strong Chlorine smell when I first walked into the hotel. As I figured, the pool is on the first floor right around the corner from the check-in counter (and breakfast area). My 6mo old loves to swim and float in her inflatable raft, so I was hoping to utilize the pool during my stay. But the smell was TOO overpowering in the pool area! CONCLUSION Over all this is a good stay for the price and location if you can look past my cons. I am usually only in the hotel room when it's time to sleep, so the Cons didn't affect me that much since most were resolvable. read more

Other than the location, this hotel gets a 1 star. It is old and run down. When we checked in for a week's stay our room had no hand soap in the bathroom. We asked the front desk for some and they were out. We had to go to the store and purchase some. There was no housekeeping service either, So for an entire week we had to empty our own trash, Clean the room, get our own fresh towels and toilet paper. The swimming pool Was by appointment only and the hot tub was closed. The breaks fast was minimal and because you had to be served, the lines long. For a Marriott and the price it was bad. I booked a hotel in town a couple months ago.... tried to check in to find out I booked it on the incorrect day with a sleepy 2 year old water park prune in the backseat. They had no rooms available to accommodate my family, so I panicked. Stopped in at other local hotels, called Birch Run & Bridgeport with no luck. SPRING HILL TO MY RESCUE. The wonderful woman at the front desk hooked us up with a room they don't regularly rent out. Breakfast was delicious. My now happy 2 year old enjoyed the suckers at the front desk and the room accommodations were great. Love that you can log into your Netflix account on TV. Very happy with how we were treated here. They were supposed to text us when it was ready.. no text. I had a request for a pack n play for our newborn, there was no pack n play in our room. The pool is freezing!! Everything in our room was loud! The fridge made a crazy noise, the heater sounded terrible. The hotel has been updated and is clean.. but it truly is missing the finishing touches. There are more expensive places in this town and I noticed one with indoor water park and the Bavarian Inn. Spring Hill Suites was less expensive. The building is very dated. The elevator is creaky. I guess they left me with a bad impression when they didn't tell us that Marriott doesn't provide room service each day you stay. They told us to get clean towels at the front desk. The free breakfast was passable. The eggs didn't taste real. But again the breakfast was included with the room. It was an easy walk to the stores in town. The Bronners Christmas Store was about a mile down the road and we drove. Parking was never an issue at Bronners. read more

I stayed here last year and liked it. This place had pretty comfortable beds except the sofa bed. The rooms were clean. The desk clerks were nice and the continental breakfast wasn't bad. The location of this place was excellent, right in the heart of Frankenmuth. It was nice to be able to keep the vehicle parked at the hotel and to walk to everything. They had a pretty nice indoor pool, but I didn't take the time to try it out. This place is always one of the hotels on my list to consider staying at when visiting Frankenmuth. read more

I won't stay here again mainly because of the weird lady at the front desk who stares at you non-stop. Kinda creepy and the last thing you want when trying to unwind after a long day. The TV set up is horrible and almost impossible to watch from bed, which is mind boggling. Also stains all over the walls and bathtub. All I want is a friendly staff, clean rooms and relaxing atmosphere from my hotel room. Didn't get that here. Many people only leave reviews on Yelp for bad experiences and say nothing for good ones. I do both. First off, thank you Kerry on the night watch for addressing my problems and concerns. You deserve a raise. I have nothing bad to say about our stay except the people above us let their hyperactive children jump around until 1am. Kerry called them but they obviously ignored her or just don't have control over their children. Not her fault. I blame terrible parenting for this. I found a bad ice hazard on the sidewalk that was small but could cause a slip and fall injury and Kerry immediately put salt on it. Her attention to safety is commendable. Kerry has the friendly personality one would hope for in a place like Frankenmuth. We had a group with 4 rooms. Nobody had any complaints about anything. The rooms appear to have been recently remodeled. The hair dryer was hard to find. Not a big deal. I would recommend trimming the shower curtain 2 inches as it is so long it could present a tripping hazard. Everyone enjoyed the Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, everyone enjoyed the morning Breakfast and the Coffee was great. All the desk people were very friendly and helpful. I definitely will return next year. I can't blame the hotel for the problem with the idiots above us and that is why I make my review 5 stars. read more

Had a much better breakfast than the neighboring Fairfield Inn and is considerably closer to downtown A bit more expensive than I like to pay, but still quite competitive. Large whirlpool and pool with nicely equipped rooms that have the sink outside of the bathroom. We've stayed here 2 times in the last few months so, yes, I would definitely stay here again. read more

The reason, maybe, because they were quarantined for too long during this Pandemic, like the rest of us, so we all got socially rusty. Having said that, the receptionist worked gracefully with us when we wanted to immediately change the reserved room due to the smell of chlorine because the pool was next door. The new room was immaculately clean. However, the housekeeper did well cleaning the room, but did not do a great job cleaning the bathtub as we found pieces of hair in the tub and the sink faucet (yikes). Shampoo dispenser was empty. Also, there was a dirt spot on the bed comforter which made us not comfortable. The toilet tank, when flushed, the water kept running so it needed repair. Furthermore, the room could have used some dusting on the coffeemaker and the microwave. By the way, there was food leftover inside the microwave (gross). The sofa was dirty so we laid a bed sheet on it to be able to sit. Other than that, the staff got us whatever we requested from towels to ear plugs because the rooms around us were little noisy with kids. That's why I am giving this Hotel some slacks. The breakfast was hefty, hearty, and diverse--not just a continental breakfast that's made up of one item! And due to the health precautions, we were served by a very nice and cheerful lady. Overall, it was a good stay not the best but the hospitable staff made up for any shortcomings. During my checkout I told the manager about the issues in the room and he wrote them down thanking me profusely for letting him know and for staying at his hotel. I would give this hotel another chance definitely and I don't say that lightly. read more

First off, the good: The place not only smelled clean, we found it immaculate. The staff at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. You also couldn't find a better location in town with plenty of parking. The bad--The room we had seemed unlike any represented online. We had been led to believe our suite would have a separate sitting area but, instead, it had a pullout couch at the end of the beds. It wasn't bad but it just wasn't what we thought we were getting. Like everyone else, the TV placement is incredibly odd. It had to have been an afterthought. We had a suite and the only way to view the TV was to be in bed. If you were on the couch, you were staring at the people watching TV on the bed. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean but the 'eggs' and 'sausage' are institutional-grade at best. read more

Went in too book a room and to find out if they had pillows and comforter that did not have DOWN feathers. Have allergies to DOWN. The person at the desk smirked as to make fun. I told her that was uncalled for. Them manager came out and I instructed her what happened and she said that she didn't think she did. Never stay at a SpringHill Suites. The smell of chlorine from the pool hits you in the face as you walk in the front door. Our room had the bed right next to air vent in a way that froze the bed but didn't do much good for the rest of the room. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and it seemed pretty clean. read more

This is a great hotel! Super clean and updated. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast was extensive and very good. Hotel staff were very friendly. I was extremely happy with this hotel and I'm very picky about lodging. I will be staying again. read more

This is a very new property and very well done. The rooms are large (we have a family of 5). It is centrally located right in the middle of town and near all of the fun stuff to do. The pool is great and there is an outdoor patio to relax or have a snack. We loved the breakfast, which is included. My only complaints are that the TV in the room is in an odd place - it's not good to watch while in the bed side of the suite, and not great for the couch side either. Also you can't hook up a DVD player or game system - the inputs are covered over. It's odd that they used a large, tube TV instead of a flat panel. Also the pool area is loud. Very loud. It needs some sound deadening so it's not so echo-y. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town. read more

Reasonably priced. Hotel manager was very nice. Bed was comfortable as was the couch. Only issues I had were with the fixtures on the hot tub (and its cleanliness) and operating the television. Otherwise, my wife and I had a nice time. Breakfast was fine, though i would not mind sausage gravy and biscuits like I've had at other hotels. I'd come back. read more
