He trimmed them about halfway up so they need to be replaced. Then he trimmed my fig tree right when it was ready to produce the figs (very few figs last year.) I also had a crabapple tree in my front yard that was also trimmed by mistake. His mother told me they would replace it if it didn't grow back. Guess what? I had to have it taken down. So that's 4 trees that were damaged and they are not cheap. Then I some azalea's that needed to be taken up and they told me they could do that so I decided to give him another try. By my stupidity I payed him $600 and the job was not finished and I had to hire someone else and they did it for $300. I contacted Brandon about refunding me some of the money and he was not nice about it. I was told by him I could take him to court. He was very arrogant with me. I am a single handicap senior and I don't have money to throw away like that. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I'm telling you this so you will watch him and make sure he trims what you want trimmed and not to pay him before the job is finished. I learned a very good lesson. By June 2025 I had 5 "treatments" plus all the other things they "sold" me amounting to approximately $1k. By May my lawn looked worse than it did before and despite this being a brand new lawn, they insisted I needed to pay hundreds more for them to aerate. When I explained that aerating had nothing to do with the weeds ALL OVER my lawn, Dustin (the manager) told me he stands behind his people. He never offered to look at the lawn to better understand. I asked for a partial refund as I felt I had given them hundreds of dollars for them to treat weeds and they are everywhere. Dustin said "there will be no refund." I did request to speak to the owner and Dustin responded with "The buck stops with me. The owner will not discuss this with you." If a business owner and management will not so much as LOOK at the concerns to address their inadequacies, and respond with "I stand behind my people," they clearly have the poorest customer service possible. I should also mention that the technician has always been very pleasant. I liked him and had even commended him on how pleasant he was; however, at my "call back" that changed 180! He stood in my yard yelling at me until I told him I needed to get back to work at which time he said "Ok no problem, I'll just cancel your account!" Lawn Dr has lost my business without a doubt and I too warn you to tread carefully! They are not trustworthy and their work is by far the worst I've ever seen.
