I hired this company to provide lawn maintenance on my ONE YEAR old sod at my residence. They did not stick to the times and treatment plans as they stated in the initial meeting, used a weed killer instead of a fertilizer on my lawn, the treatment for moles was not completed successfully, and to top it all off killed my lawn. When I emailed them, texted them, and called them I received no response. It wasn't until after the inspector and the BBB got involved that I finally heard from them. However one person tells you one thing and the other says something completely different. They originally said to the inspector, the BBB, and to me that the lawn would be replaced. Now I am faced with taking legal action to have this fixed since they refuse to communicate with me once again. I hired them at the beginning of May this year and by May 27th my lawn was dead. I have not mowed my lawn since or have been able to enjoy my backyard. I don't recommend this company for your Lawncare.
