Shipping problems aside, and not speaking of any other providers at the office that I've not worked with, Scott is a very helpful and knowledgeable professional. And not for nothing, he's just nice. He has that energy about him you like to see in young health care providers, given the difficulty of the industry these days. I actually had been a bit of a difficult case due to things outside of their control, at the delivery pharmacy they've since stopped using. Melissa, who works at the office was very prompt in attending to my case, relaying info to me and ultimately in helping get it sorted. She was literally yelled at by a large man behind the counter saying "we aren't even making any money off of you groupon people". She left crying (which they called her crazy for). I had been experiencing severe pain in that shoulder and I was anxious to avoid a shoulder replacement which I had done in my other shoulder. Ordinarily I would never have considered this because of the over $5000 cost but unfortunately I decided to use the covid $ from the government we had received. I also spent hundreds more dollars in rehab cost and a shoulder brace and worked hard in rehab for weeks. Ultimately in my final appointment I was told "Well, it's not perfect". My pain continued and I am now recovering from shoulder replacement surgery and about to start PT.
