Adam Floyd is the owner and gave me a warm welcome, even though I did not have an appointment. He spent time showing me different options for bookcases and made a sketch on the spot to show us his idea for our very large blank wall. We scheduled a time for Adam to come over to the house to take a look at the space. He was able to design a bookcase that went along with the existing cabinets in the house. He suggested adding a desk with drawers and that was an excellent suggestion because we had not thought about the need for a desk. Adam was aware that we did not want to spend a fortune and was able to come up with a very affordable design. The timeline for all of this was very quick. Even with the Christmas/New Year's holidays, I think everything was designed, ordered and installed in about two or three weeks. Once the materials were in, the bookcase was built in one day. My husband was skeptical about the need for custom bookcases. I told him he would love it in the end and he does! The living room was transformed because of this gorgeous feature and we could not be happier. I HIGHLY recommend The Closet Company for your custom storage needs. Next on my list for Adam is to build me a Murphy Bed for the Man Cave!

We went back and forth quite a few times, but she was very responsive and patient with us! In the end, we agreed on a design and the pricing was reasonable. Once we had the install done, we decided to make one more change and the installers were flexible with us and accommodated the change within a few weeks! Both rooms are beautiful and we couldn't be happier, would highly recommend and hire them again
