My daughter was in need of tutoring so we were recommended to use Springer. Everything went well this Spring with the tutor we had. Few weeks after school starts have been horrible. My daughter is in dire need of stability and the lack of consistency with tutors was careless on Springer. Carmen was rude in our exchange and belittled us. below a star !! so disappointing. this school used to be amazing back 20years ago when I went here it was a real school now it is just a business and they could careless about student success ! my child was bullied horribly I went to them over 5 times and nobody did a thing other than make me feel like I was being "one of those moms". this is just the tip of the iceberg !! if you really are considering this school and on the fence reach out to me so at least you are aware of how things as re there and not fall for the pretty pictures they fill the internet with . 3 years my son was there and he came out scarred he has refused to attend any school he won't even go out in social situations the anxiety is unbearable and it's heart wrenching to watch ur. hold go thru. my son still is unable to read above a 2 grade level (he left there in the 6th grade bc they told me they can't do anything and look for somewhere better equipt to teach him !! that was over $55,000 ago ! so mad I sent him there wasted 3 years that could have been spent somewhere else progressing feel free to contact me Molly 513-939-9617 mdjc2024@gmail.com read more

Sending our 3rd grader to Springer was the best decision we ever made. We were very frustrated with her progress at FHSD and fed up with the IEP support. When she started Springer she was reading 2 grade levels below her current grade level, hated math and homework was a struggle to say the least. We have been at Springer 8 months and she is reading above her grade level and actually wants to read outside of school! She is doing multiplication and division and there are no more tears or screaming matches during homework time! Above all that, her confidence has grown incredibly in and out of the classroom. Springer nurtures the whole student, focusing on strengths and strategizing for opportunities. We are very blessed to have the opportunity to send our daughter to Springer! read more

This place is horrible never send a kid here, the teachers a biased and they never wanted to help my son!

I am sure that if other parents were aware of the bad stars they would jump in. This is not normally my thing but this school has been invaluable to my child. She feels success now at learning and looks forward to going to school. Would recommend over and over again! read more
