Overall my experience wasn't too bad, but I decided not to rent the unit due to the rooms being too small. The application fee is a little different than anything I have experienced, you don't speak to a live person everything is done through text messages. I was advised I was approved and as soon as a unit became available, they would let me know. Last week I was advised they had a unit ready to sign on the 30th. Everything needs to improve for the cost to live here!!!! We are on day 2 of no water thanks to your lack of maintenance on the water line... feral cats are EVERYWHERE getting into the trash, using the yards as a litter box and marking their territory at our doors... making our home smell!!! Your property is way overpriced and poorly managed!!! read more

As of January 1st 2023 this community did not have any trash service for the entire month and the managers solution was big dumpsters placed in front of peoples homes for everyone even those outside the community to use. This left appliances, furniture, and trash littering roads and yards throughout the community. Beginning February 1st the manager had found a piss poor solution to this problem and handed out 13gallon indoor trash cans for the company they had chosen as a replacement. This company while I'm sure is great for inclosed multi-family apartment buildings, dorms, senor facilities is not designed for an outdoor setting. These cans are to be left on your curb with the intention of being picked up 6 days a week. Once the company empties the container the empty cans are left on the curb to blow away on a windy day. Today February 27th I drove around the community taking pictures of what one month of this service looks like outdoors. Pictures attached are not even close to all I took. Pretty sure any other community in Belton or anywhere would consider this a fail. Yet our manager who drives across a bridge directly into her office and back the other way at the end of the day very rarely will you see her out driving the community considers this an effective solution. Management is a joke. they've lost my payment for rent on more than one occasion, they ignore any requests for maintenance, and don't hold any responsibility for their dysfunctionality. Don't waste your money on this trash. read more
