SpringVale has really changed my life for the better. I was there my senior year 2018-2019 and at first I was skeptical being that it was a private Christian boarding school. The reason being because all the private Christian advertise that they're the best and they'll teach things that no one else around will but they always turned out the same or worse than a regular public school. SpringVale on the other hand DID end up being different for me in multiple other people. I walked in knowing absolutely no one, other students and faculty and within the first day, already had a group of amazing friends and immediately felt welcomed by everyone there. There has never been a problem with typical "school bullies" that you'd see in other schools and the staff truly are basically family. Everyone helps each other out and if there's a student that is struggling, they take #1 priority to make sure that student gets what they need. I highly recommend sending your child to this school whether it's local for you, or on the other side of the state or country. They will be well taken care of in every single way. And I promise you, the stories they come back with will be once in a lifetime. read more

Spring Vale Christian School has developed into a loving, caring environment which nurtures students' love of learning and love of the Lord. Students engage in classical ed. classes while learning that true knowledge ultimately flows from the One who made them. In younger years, students' natural ability to memorize facts is used to help students remember some key facts and grow their understanding of the Latin language. In 7-9th grade students' natural desire to debate is used to foster an understanding of logic. Later, students are coached to write proficiently and speak well as rhetoric becomes the focus. The smaller class size allows for teachers to tutor students for individual growth. Family spirit is encouraged also through school spirit in sports as well as their House Program. Students compete in House activities including memorizing scripture, leading worship, and performing community service. read more

My family has been tremendously blessed by Spring Vale & their ministry. I grew so much during my time at Spring Vale. The classical christian education style taught me how to think for myself, which set me up for success and excellence in college courses. For me to be able to have a place to go for school where I could learn about God and be able to comfortably practice my beliefs was foundational to my growth as a Christian. With public schools becoming increasingly more secular and politicized, it is important for young people to have a safe space to learn and grow in a place where worldly agendas aren't forced on them. The teachers and staff truly care about each student as an individual. Sound also helped me grow a ton in my musical abilities and I made friends for life! I couldn't imagine going To a better school! read more

I attended Spring Vale my senior year as did my mom and all her siblings. It was an wonderful experience for me and I'm proud to be apart of its alumni. Spring Vale is not just a school but is honestly a whole community devoted creating an environment filled and focused on God. The staff and volunteers are some of the most wonderful and committed people I've met. They offer many experiences unlike any other school in my opinion, such as SOUND (their music program, that tours all over America) and their boarding program, which I was in both. I would highly recommend being apart of and attending this ministry. It will always be an impactful part of my life, and I pray it continues to bless many more future generations of Christians. Very thankful for my time there. read more

The School is located on a beautiful 140 acre property and the main part of the school grounds is well maintained. The Patchens have been a part of the School for decades and you can see their love by the time and work they have put into the campus. The school historically was a high school boarding school and in 2019-2020 opened up the grammar school no accepting pre-K through 12th grade. All the teachers are great and all have the goal of "Preparing Christian Leaders well versed in God's Word and ready to fulfill His calling". The school accepts all Christian denominations and has tuition assistance available. If you are looking for a good Christian school who treats everyone like family Spring Vale is the School for you. read more

This school has been a huge blessing to my family. Two of my brothers, two of my sisters, one cousin, one niece and one nephew have attended this school throughout the years and I've been able to witness how SVCS has grown, adapted and flourished through the times. My mother and sister currently work here and the level of love and compassion the staff has for the students is astounding. This is an amazing choice to send your children if you are looking for a place to teach them how to develop their relationship with God and also get a top rung education. read more

My children have attended Spring Vale for four years. My oldest son graduated in 2021 and was accepted into Hillsdale College. Spring Vale has been a wonderful place for my children. The teachers are so caring and the small classroom sizes gives the teachers the ability to give extra time to those students who need extra help in their classes. Life Skill classes and the agriculture that is on the school campus gives many opportunities for the students to get practical hands-on learning along with the rigorous academics that are taught in the classrooms. read more
