I am grateful for Pilates and Club Pilates. The staff and trainer were all amazing. I literally cried. I am back and ready to improve more in my life.

When the remaining $25 chargeback fee could not be removed from their system, the studio ultimately covered it themselves. I have now received written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no future invoices. I genuinely enjoyed Pilates and had originally planned to return once I was medically cleared. Unfortunately, the initial experience with the medical freeze, cancellation process, and billing was frustrating enough that I ultimately decided not to return. That said, I want to give Katie credit for how she handled the situation once she became involved. She was compassionate about my medical circumstances, listened to my concerns, followed through on what she said she would do, and ultimately resolved the billing issue completely. I appreciate her taking responsibility for finding a solution and making sure my membership was properly closed. While I wish the cancellation process had been this straightforward from the beginning, I am very appreciative of the way Katie handled the resolution.
