VERY expensive…read more Yes, they have many small towels for gym use, and larger ones for the locker room and showers, pools, etc. I don't use any tennis, pickleball, or the group classes. The Spin classes used to be GREAT and may still be. But my schedule has changed... One would expect a parking lot with less potholes and legible parking space painted lines; but the parking lot and the grounds keeping has been neglected. There is an appearance of high class but for what they charge, the pool area is rather old...the weight room has mostly older equipment; they do seem to be updating some of their bicycling and treadmills, etc..but they are so slow at it....they are always a couple years behind with their equipment updates....Why should Work Out World have newer and better equipment than The Atlantic Club...????? It seems management is currently seeking to save money. Maybe something about the clientele: Older people and their grandchildren home from college. Unfortunately many of the classes' time scheduling are not suitable for my schedule...if I didn't have to work, I'd be golden! It seems the ones I wanted to do are when I work. The trainers on duty are often talking amongst themselves, or on their phones...as often as they are putting weight room equipment in order...they will certainly answer your questions about certain exercises, or how to use equipment All the employees are courteous and very friendly and helpful. The clothing/gear store doesn't have much I can use. Mostly women's apparel and accoutrements. There is a point system that I have yet to figure out...one accumulates points for purchases and just checking in at the front desk. Men's locker room: Although there are plenty of lockers, the layout is horrendous, and I hear about it almost every time I am in there: Not enough room to dress. The rug is nasty in the locker area. Someone replaced an old shower nozzle with a nice newer one but left the loose spigot handle sitting there without fixing it. There must be an attitude of indifference in the workers... I really like the place, but for the amount they charge....OY ! Yes, it is cool to see lots of expensive cars in the parking lot, but don't their owners care about how TAC is going downhill?

The men's locker room was particularly disappointing, and the showers were frankly unsanitary and covered in mold. What was once a lifestyle club with immaculate facilities is now substandard to the $29/month clubs. It's embarrassing to be a member of the Atlantic Club now.

Even if the celebration is small and intimate, we still try our best to make it as perfect as it can be and, in my opinion, the person you choose to officiate that marriage is, by far, one of the most essential details. I got married to my best friend just a few days ago, and I am leaving this review because I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to meet Michael and have him officiate our ceremony. My husband and I aren't the most typical; we are both nerds, both introverts, and both neurodivergent. We aimed for our wedding to represent us in every possible way, and to be totally honest, before we met Michael, we struggled to find an officiant who understood us and gave us the feeling we were in good hands. Michael not only took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a couple, but he also went above and beyond to tailor his speech to perfection. He found the exact words to make us feel seen, amused, understood, and absolutely happy. He even researched the videogame I met my husband in and used a few of the beautiful phrases our favorite characters say. As if that weren't impressive enough, he was the very first person to arrive at the ceremony, looking sharp in his suit, ready for anything that came our way. Did you forget a ring box? No worries, he had one. Would your makeup get ruined with all the tears? Fear not. He had Q-tips and tissues in every pocket. For those who get the reference, his suit was like Mary Poppins bag. He also made sure we were calm, relaxed, and happy before stepping outside the bridal room and helped us with all introductions and announcements. Throughout the entire event, and even before that, communication was smooth, prompt, and transparent. I could keep going about how impressed and grateful we are to have hired him, but I believe this review says we absolutely recommend him clearly enough.

When our hand fasting cord got left behind, you went running mid ceremony to find it even tho you didn't have to..only taking maybe 2 min to find it amongst all the craziness of wedding decor, boxes, bridesmaids bags and who only knows what else!!...then running it out to our outdoor ceremony (those longs legs help!) I believe you knew where more things were than any of us did the day of!! My husband, so grateful for your humor and professionalism was beyond thankful when you would fix his boutonnière and in the moment tell him things to help keep everything going smoothly...like not to hug people wearing makeup the way he was bc he's so tall too, that they were smearing all over his suit but you pulled out a shout wipe, cleaned him up and kept it moving. Communication from our first phone call all the way through after the wedding was impeccable. We had a blast doing all of our photos, you keep it light and fun so everyone can relax and you can get the shots we wanted, to have our wedding day story told so beautifully. Very disappointed with lack of communication,lack of details and professionalism…read more I attempted to rate this company in 2021, but Stacy deleted it, so hopefully this review will stick. We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters). Also, don't bother using the paper company next door. Little black dress. Hugh rip off. I sat at a table next to the owner, who never looked at me never mind acknowledge the person filling her bank account. Bottom line my daughter could have done all the planning herself. The planner at your venue is all you need. Don't waste your money .
