We placed the order a week ago, telling them specifically what kind of floral bouquet we wanted and what we were going to spend (a lot more $ than most people, I'm sure). We called two days ahead of time to verify Sunday's pickup time. There was some confusion between an employee, and the manager, who took the original order. They said they will call us back, and never did. We called them back an hour later and confirmed the order and price. We go to pick up the flowers and they are the smallest and ugliest bunch of crap flowers we've ever seen and NOT what we've ordered -- we said, no way for that price we're taking these flowers; after some argument, we found a much better bouquet in the store and the manager gave them to us, wrapped in cellophane minus the vase (we were supposed to have them boxed too). We will never go back there!

I then asked for white flowers to go with it. The florist suggested baby's breath. The baby's breath had 3-5 stems spreading off the main stem. I told the florist to cut one and use to add a slight touch to the 5 Roses. The florist asked if I'd like them wrapped I declined and said I have a wedding and I am just placing them inside the car so my passengers can grab them if they'd like. I was able to upgrade my order (I like to think ahead) and personalize a card to surprise my fempanion on a busy day. While there wasn't any time frame provided when I initially ordered, there was an option for quicker delivery (for an additional charge). They seem more focused on catered events, which is perhaps why their retail location is on the sleepy but quite lovely Lancaster Ave. The benefit of that less frequented location is great prices and great quality. Flowers were notably less here than they would have been elsewhere. Best of all, the quality of the flowers, the arrangement, and the little details like misting them and adding little water cups on the bottom for free on a hot day so they wouldn't wilt on the way home, were all notably better than some experiences with much more expensive florists. Definitely worth the trip out for that special occasion.
