I was told I would get a call the following week after my purchase - that did not occur. I had to call them. They told me it was raining and they'll do it next week. They just show up and call you right before they come. The couple times I did call and I think I spoke to the owner he does not know how to provide customer service. He was irritated with my questions. I just wanted to be on a schedule to get my tree replaced. They got my money already. This place is super expensive. I do love my tree though.

Second, absolutely nothing is labeled as native or non-native to Texas. Third, many plants are not priced. Fourth, they sell MANY invasives - including tropical milkweed. I find the fourth reason to be the most appalling and indicative of unethical nursery business practices. Shame on them. Businesses and consumers have a choice. Choose better.
