I needed a new place for my deer processing and Spring Brook Meats (now CAL Packers) was recommended by fellow hunters. I found them very efficient and I like the way they wrap the meat. The thing I found odd is they don't slice the meat, they leave it bulk. I really like it because it allows me to choose the thickness. I like my steaks medium rare and my wife likes hers medium.
