So, of course I went ahead and purchased the deal on 7/15. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment for eyelash extensions on 7/19 and left a voicemail. I NEVER got a call back. Over the next 2 weeks I emailed and called several times and never received a call or email in return. At that point, I realized nobody was going to get back to me so i decided to head over to the place of business personally on the afternoon of 8/2. I spoke with an associate from this business, and she told me that her partner Rebecca was busy with another client. I decided to wait for her and ended up waiting for an hour and a half to personally schedule my appointment . When she was done I spoke with her and scheduled an appointment. She added me to her schedule on her phone, or so she said she did and I left. On 8/15 I sent Rebecca a text to confirm my 8/17 appointment, since she never sent me the reminder text she said she sends 48 hrs prior to scheduled appointment. When I got a reply back she told me she didn't have me on the schedule. I found that extremely weird since she did it right in front of me IN PERSON! I texted her back to ask when she would be available again and never received a response back. So I just gave up. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service. Maybe the people that purchased this Groupon deal aren't important enough to be acknowledge as potential future returning customers.

Simply put, I cannot rave enough about how fabulous Kelly is…read more I've been experiencing some hyperpigmentation that has been a challenge, to say the least. I went to Kelly for help and am incredibly thankful that I did. I had seen 3 dermatologists up to this point, but none of them were remotely as caring and helpful as Kelly. Firstly, she listened to me! She understood completely what the issue was and was incredibly knowledgeable. She spoke to me at length about my skin concerns and we discussed what we could do during our session as well as what I should do on my own, for my own skincare regimen. I also discussed my dismay at some lines on my forehead that have gotten deeper since I turned 40 (and also since apparently I always have an expression of surprise or amazement on my face... I need to work on that...) Anyway, she had very helpful suggestions for that as well. If I can remember all the things we did... we did a silk peel, brightening mask, an oxygen treatment, some LED light magical thing, and some other topical treatments. Whatever it all was, was FABULOUS. Her room is clean, lovely, and relaxing. She spent time explaining all the things she was doing, all of which felt amazing. It was like - facial, meet massage. Massage, meet facial. And let's throw some skin healing treatment on for good measure! All of this aside, Kelly is a wonderful person. She was so enjoyable to talk and laugh with. We really had a good time! After the treatment, we did discuss what to do post-session, and she gave detailed instructions on what to do moving forward. And, what she really did has made a difference. A very real difference. I'm going to continue going to Kelly, and taking her advice without question! Honestly, again, I can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Kelly!!
