Both Sean and Shea helped us in the first difficult days after the death, as we formed a decision to have a memorial service several months later. When we changed some of the preplanned arrangements, Burket-Truby kept up and gave us excellent advice. We ended up with a fairly complex plan for a memorial service, and Burket-Truby handled their part promptly and beautifully.
