However, they showed up over an hour late (they did call 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know) and as I couldn't wait for them I asked them to just lock up when they left - which they didn't. That said the carpets looked good, they didn't get out some small stains but overall they looked much improved and I was happy with the job they did.
