Recent events are moving us from Volusia County, so I've realized now is the last opportunity to leave a review. Generally, I think friends, family, and house guests of Mi Amor and I would agree we are neat and tidy people. We first hired Amazing Shine, thinking that they would be a help with the occasional deep cleaning. After just one visit, they brought the meaning of clean to a whole new level. They cleaned things that we didn't even know needed cleaning. There were times I would ask...do you really need to be that thorough? To which I was always assured the answer was yes. Visitors started asking what service we were using. That's when you know things are looking fantastic. As far as other business aspects are concerned, I have nothing but praise. Their prices are fair, they are flexible on scheduling, super friendly and polite. For those of you who have animals in the home, they are completely pet friendly. Lastly, there is something that always needs to be earned, and that is trust. It takes a fair amount of trust to allow someone into your home. And that's when you're there! I believe that in a few short appointments, you will find Claudia and her team to be deserving of that trust. We travel often and had enough faith in Claudia that she has had the key to our house for months. That should tell you all you need to know.

I hate to say it, but the previous traditional carpet cleaning company I used did a superior job of cleaning our off-white carpet, but our carpet was damp for DAYS! Due to a late notice from the leasing company, we were in a tight spot and needed a move out deep clean asap. Cleaning For a Cause came through in a mighty way! Not only were they flexible to meet us for an on site estimate but they were able to work us in at the last minute. They were friendly and professional. When they received the 2 page lease check out list they were not daunted and that was a relief as it intimidated us! They put their hard work toward a great cause too- donating 10% to a local no kill animal shelter (this month- each month a new local charity is selected ). We are happy customers and if we ever need a cleaning team again, it will be them!

I feel obligated to inform any employee, or future customer to be cautious when dealing with her or this company. While over those two years I worked at this company, I dealt with a very disorganized system with constant last minute jobs. There was a clear disregard for personal time, we were often not given our assignment until the day before or day of. This was very challenging to work with, and while we asked for more than 24 hours notice, she refused to provide us this courtesy time. Her response was "it's impossible to schedule shifts in advance". This disorganization runs to customer treatment as well. I dealt with many disgruntled customers due to the company not charging customers in a timely manner which affected their monthly budgeting. Customers would expect be charged after the service, however Dawn would delay charging and customers would be angry due to the significant delay / surprise charges in their account well after the service was rendered. While I wish I could have made an impact on this organization, my feedback was not well received when I shared with Dawn directly. While I have chosen to leave this company, I hope that they can take this constructive criticism and update their business practices to the betterment of their employees and customers.
