The place is clean, well-lit, easy parking, and right off the thruway -- what more can you ask for? Only downside is that because they're so popular, they occasionally run out of certain items, but overall they stay pretty well stocked. Still have to try their pickup and delivery services. Where's the first time visit vibes?? Again, it's about how you treat your customers that'll determine their return to the business. And yes, in my own words, the hood smoke shop never had me leaving there with frustration writing bad reviews...... Stopped in after work after being told I should give this place a try. I asked if post office employees get discounts? The cashier said if you have a union ID. I explained we are in a union but we don't get IDs stating we're in a union. He pretty much said he didn't know what to say. Between the dead vibes in there and the lack of info for my discount, I think I'll stick to the hood smoke shop.
