When I first came in for the free consultation, Lawrence listened to my problems and helped set my goals accordingly. He explained exactly what I needed done and how we would do it. His entire staff are all very knowledgeable and educated about anatomy, exercise, pain and treatment. During my sessions, I am one on one with my physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. If they happen to be doing two people at the same time, the other physical therapist or assistants will watch and make sure I'm doing my exercises correctly. They collected my insurance information and got back to me right away to let me know they accepted my insurance (note: I called many facilities prior and not 1 was in network with mine and luckily they were here).
