We were at a loss on how to replace it as it was a hand made piece. I learned about woodlab on instagram. So we met up and Jeremy was great. He sent me some initial designs and I wanted more. I wanted something I did not even know if it was possible. BUT they made it happen. They collaborate with MadMetals and we have the most beautiful sign I have ever seen. Months later I still walk out and stare at it. Its a work of art. It was worth the wait, worth the money, and I am happy to have developed a relationship with such a great local company.

They wanted us to use the silver paint (looks just as good they said, but we already saw it and it looked horrible--we ORDERED the white paint), and we told them no, we ordered white paint. Then we get an email that the job is done in silver and if we cancel they will keep the deposit per their Terms of Service. So, if they can't do the job, or can't do it as ordered, they keep your deposit??? After agreeing to do the job as ordered??? Stay FAR AWAY from these crooks. This was the first time I've ordered from Impact Promotions and they came out flawless. I ordered about 22 double stitching embroidered hoodies for my group, Male Student Nurses Society, and all the guys loved how clean and comfortable they were. "Sweatshirts are fire, everyone gram it!" - Gabriel L. Even after a few weeks of wearing the sweatshirt they are still as comfortable as when I once put it on the first time. The embroidering stood up to a couple of washes and the color is still vibrant. The service was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Ged. Once I put in the order he gave me a sample of what exactly the sweater would look like right away! I asked him if we could change a few things around like the lettering and colors and I was blow away of all the options he gave me. He was the expert so I asked for his recommendation and the lettering and coloring came out perfect. I am a very busy student with nursing school in the way as well as all my other obligations, but Impact took care of everything. They work very fast and got the sweaters in before Thanksgiving! If I ever need to get any custom embroidering I will definitely come back to Impact Promotions!
