I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their questionable business practices. My husband and I purchased a membership that granted us access to the gym between 10 am and 6 pm. However, on a recent visit, we arrived at 9:40 am and were able to enter the facility using our membership cards. The next day, we attempted to sign in again, but our entry was denied due to our earlier unauthorized entry before 10 am. Given the gym's mediocre equipment and air conditioning, we decided to terminate our contract. Nevertheless, the gym demanded a payment of 230 pesos as a penalty for non-compliance with their rules, and they refused to provide a refund for the remaining month. It appears that their system is capable of blocking unauthorized entries but lacks flexibility in handling such situations. Considering the presence of better alternatives in the area, I would recommend exploring other options. read more
