I lived in Merida for 6 months, and I attended this yoga studio, as it was the only hot yoga studio available. I enjoyed the classes and the facility, but I do want to say that one of the teachers was super inappropriate when correcting my form. I told her I was doing it to the best of my ability and she kept telling me to straighten and lock my leg. It got to the point where I wanted to wear headphones to class to boldly ignore her. I forget her name but i think it was marianela, or something like that. I teach as a yoga instructor in Chicago and this was totally inappropriate.
