I have been to a lot of physical therapists over the years, and this is the sorriest excuse for physical therapy I have ever witnessed. 1st session, didn't do any exercises with my son AT ALL. Handed him a paper. (He is 10) Hooked him up to a TENS unit for 5 minutes, sent him on his way. 2nd session. Spent less than 5 minutes with my son using resistance bands, hooked him up to a TENS unit, sent him on his way. No review of exercises, no instructions for those exercises. What we witnessed going on around us was even more shocking. There were exactly TWO technicians trying to service at least a dozen people. Most people were sitting quietly hooked up to a machine. There was one client doing some sort of OT, hand stretching BY HERSELF, as the technician shouted at her from across the room. I witnessed 2 people receiving dry needling THROUGH THEIR CLOTHES. No sanitizing the area like any prudent person would before a shot, no gown, just jabbing it through the jeans, shorts, t-shirts or whatever the clients happened to be wearing. Seriously. Don't waste your time or money here. I'm flabbergasted that this place can reasonably call itself rehab and remain licensed.

He was able to get me in the next day to evaluate, diagnose, and treat my shoulder issue in just one session. On top of this, he was extremely professional and knowledgable in his field. In addition to addressing my pain, Tim helped me gain a significant amount of range of motion in my shoulder. He also taught me the proper ways to strengthen my weak points and improve my posture.
