If I could give this place, a zero stars, I would have the worst experience of my life. The man in…read morethe register has no respect for women or anybody don't shop here boycott this business. They need to fill the effect of how they conduct business in their wallets if more people stop buying here maybe they'll change the way they are or if not, they can go out of business and we can start a new business with people within integrity and respect I can't even say the man behind the counter because I wasn't sure if he was a man or a boy wearing pink sweats had a very disrespectful way of expressing himself towards me. Yes, I was upset because I was about to spend more than $300 in this dump. The prices are always unreasonable. There's other places with better prices.. not sure how many times they've been robbed and I know they might be extra alert because they've been robbed so many times, but I'm not a robber and I've never robbed or stolen anything but the way this man disrespected me or a person disrespected me was unforgiving. My husband had to tell him to stop disrespecting me. That's all much he was not being respectful and as a conducting business, that is not a way to conduct business I will never in my life purchase. Nothing from here ever again. I've been coming here since I was a kid, but I'll never come back here again mark my word I would definitely like to stand outside and let people know what kind of business they conduct them there to hopefully stop people from going there and they can feel it in their wallet, maybe more of us should stop shopping there so they can stop being so disrespectful and rude. Worst place ever.. and yes, I will let the business Bureau know what kind of business they conducted and I recorded the whole interaction.

Would not let us return or exchange because it was over their 15 day return policy. ( it was actually 29 days when we tried to exchange or return for the correct size ) They told my wife at time of purchase she could purchase both sizes and could return if necessary the size that wasn't a good fit. We live in Tijuana and we're not able to return within the 15 days.. It's unfortunate. However my wife will give the new pants to one of her coworkers. And we will no longer be shopping at Scrub Mart. We will be sharing our experience with her co workers at the hospital, so they can avoid the same experience that we had with Scrub Mart.
