Here this Muskelbuden one (Boddybuilding) although also a few very well built Boddy does not concern `s run around. A great many members go however as I see, because of the Fitness and healthy attitude in addition, to the weight reduction. Thus who does not want in a Boddybuilding center, in which only before mirrors one trains. That is here correct. By the way: also 2 Saunen are available.

The price is really low, so there are certain times of the day when it is really full, but those times are pretty easy to work around. Since it can so full I don't use the showers and sauna on the busier days, just to avoid possibly catching someone else's stuff. There a lot of cardio machines, and tv's which is great.

Feeling the urge to get sweaty at 3 am? You can here! (Admittedly, that definitely sounded better…read morein my head...) McFit is one of the many gym chains with lots of locations all over Germany. So let's start with the good things: It's open 24/7, meaning that you can always enter with your member card, even if it's 5 in the morning. (Why you'd actually want to go to the gym at that time...well, that's a different question!) The entire gym is split into 4 areas over several floors, meaning that even if it's crowded you don't have too many people in one room. They have a pretty decent choice of sports equipment and even a gymnastics area. Now, the only thing that's really not so cool are the people... It's not the type of people as such (it's always fun to do people-watching when you're sweating on the treadmill), but the amount of people that come here at certain times. I, for one, stopped going there all together between 4pm and 10pm. It's just too busy and you have too many sweaty, staring people in one place for my taste... I usually go in the mornings or at night, especially around /past midnight - I actually had the entire place to myself once at 1 am. I understand if this doesn't fit your schedule, so if you're planning on going here after work, you might want to check out the other gyms around. But, even though this is not as fancy as the flagship store in Nürnberg, and there's no slacklining or virtual sports classes, I think for a normal gym this is absolutely ok! And I forgot the most important part: There are little to no annoying people trying to chat you up on the tread mill or elsewhere, everyone kind of keeps to themselves. You can get a free membership for one day to try it out btw, just ask the guy sitting at reception for a trial, you don't have to become a member afterwards! Bottom line: - vast amount of equipment spread over 4 areas - open 24/7 - enough parking space for everyone - depending on the time it can get too crowded in here - nothing too fancy but decent enough for a gym! - important: no annoying people! =) - free 1-day trial membership
