I really enjoyed the selections of flavors and the toppings were plentiful. Very clean facility and enjoyed the waffle cone. I just wish some of their toppings like the gummy candy was more fresh. I know this is the case with most candy shops (frozen yogurt or bulk candy stores), because they don't believe in air tight containers. I was craving chocolate and decided to check out Spoons! They are awesome! Typical choices of frozen yogurt and plenty of toppings that everyone can find something to love. The cookie wafer sticks were so good and fresh. Plenty of chocolate options to top off your blend of yogurt. If fruit is more your flavor, there are many fruit toppings as well. Candies too! They even have waffle bowls to fit in your cup, just ask the friendly staff member. The young man that worked there was very nice and kept himself busy by checking on things and keeping this place super clean. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. In the store, they are currently advertising $3 fill your cup special on Wednesdays. Their Facebook is saying that as well, for limited time. Spoons is conveniently located in Rowlett TX so no need to travel to Rockwall for yogurt is what I initially thought once I found them. My two favorite flavors were the vanilla tart and pomegranate. Cons- they rotated out the vanilla tart i my opinion should be a staple flavor. They serve you toppings, this to me makes no sense, I'd prefer serving myself. This also has to impact their sells ; think about it self service csrs would load on more toppings thereby increasing the weight and in turn generate more revenue!!!!! Now I can see from a sanitary perspective why they chose to the toppings but, it's not much difference than csrs self serving the yogurt. I went there last July 24 last csr and the pomegranate poured out into my cup in liquid syrup it wasn't frozen. They refilled it and had me try it and again it was liquid. Seeing the state of the yogurt prior to freezing has caused me to lose my appetite for yogurt I wish I hadn't seen it. I use to come by 2 a week no more I'm done Lastly. For my inconvenience you would think they would give me a discount or even give me the yogurt for free but these kids can't think outside the box, try to please the csr especially regular csrs. It's obvious these kids working here can't or don't think for themselves; they've been trained one way and they don't deviate outside of this myopic view to make logical decisions. An example, for every visit and purchase they punch your card towards $5 off after 10-12 purchases, my husband and I go in we each get a yogurt we pay together they tell us we can only get one punch on our card, how stupid and a blonde haired girl at the register argued with us about this, so we paid separately and got 2 card punches. You see what I mean they lack the ability and willingness to think outside of their training. It's sad really. Pros: it's clean They had some really good flavors (coconut, tart) Wednesday / Friday specials Most of the staff are polite a few lack common sense and social skills. read more

We've been to this establishment many times since they opened. Ingredients are always fresh and the selection of yogurt is top notch. I'm in my 40s and for some reason those color changing spoons still amaze me. This was my first time to Spoons in rowlett Texas. Loved the choices of flavors and especially the toppings. The employee was excellent employee, very courteous. Helped us tremendously. She was constantly cleaning during this time of the pandemic. Very impressed with the shop with my first time into the shop. Plan on being back in here again. We walked in 10 minutes before closing and the employees were sanitizing but stopped to welcome us. So nice and friendly! Because they are closing early right now we rushed thru dinner to be able to get there in time. The two employees told us about the special $3 cup and offered a punch card as we were leaving.
