Our waiter, Juan was outstanding. I mean, service is fantastic at the entire property, but Juan made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The lobster ravioli was not presented in the old fashion style, but a wonderfully designed pasta dish that was too lovely to eat. My dinner guest had the ceviche appetizer and pesca pomodoro salad appetizer. We loved our meal and experience. Again thank you Juan for being our server!

You have the option to sit outside or inside which both are excellent options. To the right is the open kitchen and in front sits the fresh Italian meat and the most impressive is the leg of prosciutto (unfortunately did not have it on this trip). The waiters were attentive and gave wonderful recommendations. The insalata d'uva was pairs perfectly with the Gorgonzola dressing and balsamic reduction. Even better was the insalata d'asparagi which may have been one of best asparagus dishes I have had. The first thought of oranges with asparagus may be odd but just trust the chef and jump in. The Quattro formaggi may not sound that like a home run from the menu but with the copa and the smoked provolone the flavor is lifted to a place where you are wishing for a couple more bites as the dish comes to an end. The pavlova was just the right amount of sweet to end the night. Overall a very welcoming and well thought out experience and I would recommend if you have the time to stop by. Probably one of the better bets at the resort. The breakfast buffet was good. They have omelette…read morestations which is great! Big selection of an assortment of pastries and hot foods. The smoothies were terrible. Don't bother. Orange juice tastes like it's fresh squeezed. That was a nice surprise. I did go for a quick bite at dinner time one night. Taco bar is the only decent thing I had in there. At any rate, the other restaurants are all booked up most days so this is a good option.

We're staying at the resort 8/10-8/16/20 and just had this spot as our first breakfast ... SO GOOD!…read more I had the omelet station, bacon, and some smoked salmon. The station had lots of topping choices and there were 2 going at the same time, so no waiting in line. I usually only eat turkey bacon at home, so the real bacon here was a real treat to me! And who doesn't love eating FRESH SMOKED SALMON with breakfast - what a treat! I also had a cantaloupe and pineapple plate and the fruit was so perfectly ripe, it was almost hard to pickup with a fork! My fiancé had the french toast after we heard another couple talking about it at check-in last night ... it truly didn't disappoint! You could see the granules of sugar on top mmmmhmmm! He also made his own chilaquiles ... look at that pickled onion on top - amazing! He also had this really delish candied pear that had a plop of whipped cream on top, as well as other fruits. It was the perfect level of sweet and tart mix. Of course don't forget to order your mimosas and bloody mary's to go along with your epic breakfast!
