My truck broke down on 68 East near LaVale on Labor Day. AAA contacted Sponaugle Towing to tow our truck. Nick, the driver contacted us to get our location and give us an ETA. When he arrive he was very polite and professional. After loading our truck he took my wife and I to a local hotel and waited for us to unload our luggage and dogs. He even helped. He then towed me and my truck to a local repair shop. After dropping it off he gave me a ride back to the hotel. on way way to my aunts funeral when I got into a mishap. I called couch-net there was a miscommunication. So I called the Sponaugle towing to clear some things up. I felt like I was Johnny dep and the person on the phone was Amber heard. All I was given was a mouthy attitude which made me feel as if i did something wrong. It seemed like she didn't want to help me at all and all I was, was an inconvenience. Maybe it's just me but When an RV, camper, or car is stuck on the side of the road and it seems like everything is going wrong; then you call a tow company for help. You would like to be treated with some common courtesy and understanding, to be reassured that everything is going to be ok and help is on the way. All I received from the person on the phone was an attitude which caused me an extra-day waiting in my camper, on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere for another day because when things finally got cleared up. I was told I was going to have to wait an extra day because that was the next time that was available. The person driving the tow truck was nice and understanding unlike the person on the phone. If she would would have been more understanding and helpful. I believe that we would have been helped a lot sooner. I would have gave a one but the truck driver worked with us when we had to pick up my lil brother who had a accident and was gonna be late I do know how he deals with her I'll pray for him everyday read more

Car was dead in parking lot at Rocky Gap Casino. First the valet dept. at casino tried to get car started with their booster. Did not work, so I called AAA. They sent Sponaugle Towing (Nicholas, I think?) and this guy worked his butt off for at least 45 minutes trying to get the car started. Car STILL would not start, so he towed the car to the auto parts store, where I got a new battery and the car fired right up. Why it would not start by boosting is still a mystery, but I have to give kudos to the tow driver who went above and beyond trying. Greatly appreciated! read more
