It is very true about the customer service...came here to spend money and have fun. Bar doesn't open until 6pm so not terrible. Woman at the cash stared at me with an awkward pause asking what I needed. Very cold and didn't explain much , I had 2 hours booked and the lane broke down 3x - once was longer than 15 mins. It's very cheap so you pay for what you get but I would prefer to pay more and use a bowling alley that works and someone nicer. Young man at the front greeting people was awesome read more

Went in today and they have doubled the pricing they said because of the renovations which by the way are not done and the lanes are still the old lanes and the balls the old chipped up ones. I am sure this will have a significant impact on their patronage. Expect it will be closed in within 2 years. read more

Great place for kids on a Saturday night. They dim the lights and it's a retro bowling alley. Kids are 4&7 and they loved it.

I walked into this bowling alley with high hopes of having a joyous evening with my fellow peers, despite having two prior phone calls with a lady who seemed to have no time for her customers. We we're enjoying hitting the boxing bag and went back to our vehicle to get more change, only to be confronted by this lady telling us "it's all clean, we're done now". This was at 9:30 PM, when the bowling alley was supposed to close at 10 PM. We left and she locked the door behind us. Never will we support a grouchy, bitchy, disrespectful piece of dust again. Do not go here, the main woman behind the counter, Lisa, is literally known around town for being incredibly rude to every single customer, if you ask her for help because something went wrong, she'll tell you she won't help you and tell you to leave. This is not one or two people with this experience, this is nearly every person who has an interaction with her. She thinks she runs the place and makes herself feel good by bullying strangers, she's also made VERY judgemental comments about people even when they are nearby. The manger also has their office door nearby and never intervenes when Lisa upsets customers. Don't get me wrong, I support employees calling out rude customers, but this isn't the case, she is the one who starts fights and escalates them with EVERYONE. She's literally a high-school bully who never matured past the age of 16. I should also mention she's not just rude when people seek help or assistance, she's cold and sarcastic even when people first come in/call front desk. The only reason they won't fire her is because the people running the place genuinely do not care about this place going downhill. read more

Had my sons 7th birthday party here today-- everything I reserved I had to fight to make sure I got. Waited 30 minutes for lanes that were not broken. Preferential treatment was provided to a family that booked after we did. Over all I wouldn't recommend this as a birthday spot. When I booked I felt I was in good hands but not the day of the guy behind the counter was very rude!! (Was told cash only, asked if they could open lanes and I would run to bank-- was there a machine there. He said no, later I found that there was a machine there) read more

I can't begin to explain how displeased I am with the customer service here. We showed up with only one other lane in use, and received extremely rude, horrible service. There were 3 of us and as we went to pay we asked if we could pay separately per person. She insisted that they "don't allow people to pay separately" and "prefer one person to pay for the whole group". This was entirely unreasonable and made absolutely no sense. We politely asked her to divide the total by 3 so we could separately pay, she sarcastically grinned at me and laughed and repeated her statement once again. We finally just paid because it wasn't worth the fight. The ball machine shut down twice when we used it, and the place was dead. Overall, my experience was absolutely horrible, I will never go back. An evening spent here with a group was thoroughly enjoyed. The group made the evening but the location was a factor also. The equipment was less temperamental than at other bowling alleys I have been to. The washrooms were clean and well stocked, the rest of the bowling alley was well maintained and pleasant. read more

Went there with 6 family members, mediocre customer service. Plus, the machines kept on breaking while trying to play, so all the bowling balls got stuck in the back. The lanes kept breaking down, and it took a while to get them up and running. We paid 81$ to play, but half-way through the bowling session, the game stopped, we paid to play for an hour. We didn't get to play for a full hour because of the breaking machines. When we asked for a little extra time to finish the game, they said "no", and said it happens to everyone. The actual bowling part was quite enjoyable I have to say. 2/10 For the mediocre customer service, old broken machines, and just overall the quality. Not to offend anyone who is incorporated with Cloverleaf Lanes, or anyone who works there, I have been there before and have had a great experience. I don't know if this was just something that happened today since the place was pretty crowded. read more
