I looked like a white Tina Turner with a foe it felt dry and crunchy. It's absolutely horrible. After many hair mask treatments by myself using Sally's bond bar products, I got softer. I sent the owner videos of my hair. She offered free treatment. I went to 3 different salons right after may 9th, and all 3 said it was over processed, brittle lots of breakage. I asked if there was any treatments that would fix it? Not really, it was to damage. As of today I have lost 50% of my hair. I would never go back or recommend them for perms.
