For maternity - she has gorgeous backdrops and a collection of over 100 gowns to borrow from. You choose 3 backdrops and dresses in advance - all the options are displayed on her website. For newborn - you send her a couple examples that you like, and general color preference, and she had multiple sets, props, and outfits ready when you arrive. I was NOT looking forward to a big excursion less than 2 weeks postpartum, but she was so fast and skilled that the baby never woke up, even with multiple outfit changes.
