The first thing which impressed us was that he telephoned or called back when he said he would and suggested that I visited his previous project in order to see his workmanship, which was very helpful. He made several suggestions at the on set and although there were many challenges along the way which he dealt with with tolerance and patience, the end result is a gorgeous bathroom, much admired by all. AWFUL - WORST PLUMBER IN MILTON KEYNES…read more - You pay top prices with these guys and I expected a top service but was sadly let down - Constantly felt like we were being sold to, rather than simply fixing the problem in hand - Cost of job (replacement boiler) thus escalated to 5k - Microwave was damaged in the process, our new carpet was stained and the gas Aga cooker no longer works and despite their involvement Plumbing & Gas Solutions refuse to accept any liability for the cooker. A disabled woman had a brand new front door and a raised ramp installed the door has sunlight…read morecoming through the bottom which will be a draught in the winter. The concrete on the ramp has cracked and when it rains there is a puddle of water in the middle of it. There is also a lip to go over due to them laying the concrete over two days, Then we have the railings which should be on the inside of the ramp which of course makes sense to anyone reading this but of course there is one on the inside and one on the outside. The older guy who laid this cement even cleared the excess concrete of the drain cover and put it in the drain, rather than sweeping it up like a normal person he then replaced the drain cover to try and hide what he did. This company even managed to put a large crack in the pathway directly outside the house by parking there heavy vehicles on it. There working day is shorter than a child at school, and they never knock to say hello or goodbye when they leave.
