Half ass job and that is all you have to say? Not with the three hundred dollars I handed over. I will get my vehicle detailed at the dealership after I go home. I should have gone through the drive through car wash. Waste of money and time!

I respond with oh no, ok thanks you, have a good day. The owner tries to stop me from hanging up and says it's still available, it's still available. This was around 5-6pm at night. May 26th I got a loan from my bank for the asking price. Call the lot asking a few more details. Letting him know I wanted to come over and pay full amount in cash. I'm told he might be giving it to his daughter he'll call me back in 30mins. This was at 2pm, after waiting for the call, I finally call back at 5pm. Yes, he's giving it to his daughter, which I'm not really upset about . I'm frustrated with a business that, the day before I was told, with urgency, it was still available. Told me they'd call me back in 30mins and I have to wait 3 hours with no response and call back myself. I feel it's very disrespectful to a customer with cash in hand, or any customer at all. I have heard many bad things about this business, chose to not listen and make my own decision from my experience. Worst time I've had with a lot that, "want to sell vehicles"
