All of my calls were answered and returned quickly and if needed, a tech was sent out to handle the problem. I enlist their services to open and close the pool and they are prompt, work as quickly as possible to minimize added cost and do excellent work. You will not go wrong if they are in your corner to make pool ownership smoother and more enjoyable.

There are balls to borrow so you don't have to bring your own. I called ahead to confirm that a court would be open since they always have other activities going on. We walked on the track upstairs. They have a little sitting area we were able to pack a picnic and snack before going to the pool. The pool entrance has several family bathrooms to change in. Plus the locker rooms. In the locker rooms they have a nice sauna so you can warm up. The pool area the kids love since it is spacious and divided into sections. The younger one enjoyed the water play area and the older ones enjoyed the slide. They were able to go over and over again with little wait. Overall a lot of fun for a family. Cost about $10 per person for a day pass.

They do this in order to squeeze the next class in right at the time that the first class ended. For example, if a class starts at 1:30 and goes till 2:00, they will cut it off at 1:27 or 1:26 in order to get the 2 o'clock class in on time. Considering it is $160 for mini 3 lessons, it's about two dollars per minute. so this place is basically taking six dollars and throwing it in the shredder. Does this make sense? This place is a money mine. They are way overpriced than any other Swim School I have ever seen.

It has a splash pad, pond, playground, sand box, etc. all contained and easy to take kids of all ages. The indoor part is great especially for adults. If you come in the evening they have an area with a 90 degree pool and hot tub that only adults have access to. They are also great about enforcing the rules.

The rec maintains a basketball court, a spinning / aerobics room, a weight room, a racquetball court, and an indoor pool. All the classes are subject to additional fees, but if you're not a class person then who cares? The weight room is small & the equipment is old, but for the most part it works. Some of the cardio equipment is located in the open aisles but they also have some newer cardio equipment in the cardio room. They have done a great job in the past few years trying to update & clean up the place. New carpet & paint has been some of the minor fixes they've done around the Rec. The locker rooms have been completely updated & are so much nicer! While I wish it was bigger & fancier most of the time for my $80 I think I get my money's worth.

Youth lessons I…read moresigned my kids up for a round of youth lessons. You meet once a week for about 8 weeks. The classes are capped so the kids get a lot of one on one attention. The first lesson they reached them safety in rock climbing and each week they build on their skills. Lessons include - instructor, shoe rental, harness and a chalk bag. After the lessons the kids get to climb and show off that they learned to their parents. Highly recommend!

While traveling in Northern OH, we stopped to spend a day at this lovely gem of a climbing gym…read more First off: staff is super friendly, helpful, generous with their time, and offer great customer service. We brought our own climbing equipment, and the check in process was easy. As is standard for first time climbing gym entries, we completed our waivers, purchased day passes, received a tour of the facilities (gorgeous), and completed certification tests for top top and lead. Staff was knowledgeable, supportive, and made it all a breeze while also making me feel like they are importantly attentive to everyone's safety. Gold stars. Environment: As far as size go, they are probably getting right for their rural location, not huge, but big enough to offer a great variety of bouldering, top routes, and lead routes. If I counted right, they have 10 autobelays - 8 of which are on Castle Wall, and two that are on a "kid wall," which doesn't have any set routes, but has a plethora of holds for the littles to confidently work on their moves. Speaking of Castle Wall... I have to say I LOVE the artwork in this place. One of the employees told me that all the gorgeous murals on the wall were done by local artists with glow in the dark paint. Word is that they offer glow in the dark climbing on last Saturday of each month. That's gotta be sweet. Climbing: they rate climbs using the terms Easy, Easy+, Mod-, Mod, Mod+, Hard-, Hard, Hard+. People will have opinions on that; some will like it, some won't. There is a conversion chart posted on one of the front walls, but it's all pretty broad in its generalizations. That said, we stuck to Easy+ through Mod routes today, and I quite enjoyed the setting. Shout out for useful foot chips and fun, creative routes. Other details: the live aquarium in the entryway next to the huge cracker mural are gorgeous. Our kids loved the free arcade game that has all kinds of old school games, including Super Mario Bros, Paperboy, Tetris, etc. The yoga studio on the second floor is gorgeous. Love the floor to ceiling windows that span the room. Must be lovely to do yoga there. The bathrooms are nice and clean! Also: plenty of cubby and lockers are available to stash your things. Looks like you can bring a lock for the lockers if you want to. They have 4-5 round tables in the entry room where people can have snacks. We were there for 6 hours, so we made use of them. Now I'm wishing that I had taken more pics, but we were too busy having fun. Check out the website! The local community is lucky to have this gem! Nice work.
