Absolutely Amazing Experience with Svetlana at Juvena Skin Care!…read moreI had a facial cleaning with an extra massage in between the mask, microdermadrasion treatment, and it was absolutely amazing. Svetlana took such great care of me--every step was relaxing, professional, and thoughtful. The massage was the perfect touch and made the whole experience feel even more luxurious. My skin is glowing, feels refreshed, and I honestly look younger. I feel so much better--both inside and out. This was truly the best "me time" I've had in a while. I'm so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Svetlana, for such a wonderful experience at Juvena Skin Care!

It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

After my spouse left an honest review about the service, I was shocked to receive an email from someone representing Summer & offering me money to take it down. This not only felt unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. After leaving a honest review, I was then contacted by a representative offering money in exchange for taking down my feedback. This approach struck me as unethical and manipulative. I believe that reviews should be a space for genuine, unbiased opinions, and I was taken aback by this attempt to influence my perspective. While I can't speak to the quality of the services provided (as my review was based on my experience), I think potential clients should be aware of the way this business handles feedback. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services It seems likely that the overwhelmingly positive reviews are a result of paying for negative ones to disappear, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. This is misleading to potential clients and undermines the trust people place in online feedback. As can be seen in other replies, Summer then tries to take things out of context with screenshots. Accusing me of falsifying information. You can see the whole email chain below. SUMMER IS FAKE NEWS! I found out about this small business through Instagram and was intrigued by the services offered,…read moreespecially the skincare services. I was able to book my first microneedling and chemical peel appointment through Instagram and pay the booking deposit via Venmo. Booking was easy and I was able to receive confirmation and reminder emails and texts. My esthetician was MG, who is also the owner. She was extremely personable and fun to talk to; we shared many stories and made me feel extremely comfortable. The room where I had my procedure was also dark and had relaxing background music. The microneedling required having numbing cream on your face for about 20 minutes. MG removed my make-up and face products for me and I was able to use my phone while we let the numbing cream settle in. Once we got to the microneedling, she showed me that she was using a brand new needle and started the process. The pain was quite tolerable and the whole process of going all over my face took at least 30 minutes. She also went over my problem areas and continuously checked up on my pain tolerance. The most painful part, for me, was near my hairline, which she did avoid after I let her know. After the microneedling session, she then cleaned off the blood from my face. She then applied two layers of the peel (about 5 minutes between each application). Boy did that burn, but thankfully she gave me a handheld fan to hold in front of my face which is provided the most needed relief in that moment. After the last layer was applied, she then layered on several products to soothe and moisturize my face. I will continue to come back for future sessions. What I like about this business are their hours. If you were to get a microneedling and chemical peel done, expect to look extremely pink the following day and expect peeling to start on the third day. This is definitely something you would. want to do before the weekend.

First, false claims: I had bought a special from them that included "emsculpt", other body treatments, along with 3 months of semaglutide and B12 shots. During consult I asked if their EMS stimulation machine was actually from the brand EmSculpt or EmSculpt Neo in which she stated it was not but stated something along the lines of, "It is not the same machine but it does the same thing." failing to mention the part that the intensity of the machine is only a faction of Emsculpt and thus results are not the same. Misleading information. Second, lack of communication: Initially when you inquire about their services, communication was great! They would get back to you within minutes to an hour or two at most. AFTER you have paid and start services is a COMPLETELY different story. When you try to call the number to the business no one ever answers. You always have to leave a voicemail in which no one ever calls back. Within my combined attempts to get refills (1st & 2nd refills) I have called this place at least a handful of times and never do I get a call back. When I've tried messaging them on IG, and texting the number provided, it takes them over a WEEK to get back to you IF they even do at all. The last time I have tried to reach out for a refill was Nov. 22. It has now been a week and still no communication. Needless to say, I will not be returning after I finish my pre-paid services.

His attention to detail, skill, and care throughout this entire process have been incredible. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful for the work he has done for me. I also have to give a VERY special shoutout to Lindsey, who did my lymphatic massages during my recovery. She has been such an important part of my healing process and truly deserves so much recognition. Her massages made such a difference in my swelling, comfort, and overall recovery, but beyond that, she is just an incredibly sweet, kind, caring person. She always made me feel comfortable and taken care of, especially during a time when your body is healing and you can feel so vulnerable. Lindsey genuinely cares about her patients, and it shows in everything she does. She was always patient with me, answered my questions, checked on how I was feeling, and made every appointment something I actually looked forward to. She is truly an asset to the Smith Plastic Surgery team, and I hope they know how special she is! I'm incredibly thankful to Dr. Smith, Lindsey, and the entire team for making this experience such a positive one. I've had three Fraxel laser sessions before this one and every session went perfectly well. This…read moresession was different from my previous Fraxel treatments. It's been a month since my treatment. The technician explained that she always starts at a low setting, so I assumed my treatment would be relatively conservative. However, during the session, the pain was intolerable which was different from my previous treatments, which immediately struck me as unusual. I did mention to the technician during the appointment that it is more painful than my part sessions, and she didn't think anything of it. That should've been a sign that maybe the setting was too high. Afterward, my face was swollen, more painful than usual, and I went through the peeling and recovery process. I followed the same aftercare routine I had used successfully with my previous sessions, including gentle cleansing. After about two weeks, I gradually returned to my normal skincare routine. Although the surface of my skin appeared healed after a couple weeks, I noticed that my face remained unusually sensitive every time I washed it. This had never happened after any of my previous treatments. I subsequently began noticing areas of discoloration in those sensitive areas and raised bumps like milia over the scarred areas on the sides of my face and so far it's been getting worse everyday. Given how different this experience was, I have concerns that something about the treatment itself--whether the settings, treatment intensity, technique, or execution--may have contributed to my prolonged recovery and the changes I'm now seeing in my skin. I've lost confidence and trust in the provider, and at this point. I'm concerned that the response would simply be that hyperpigmentation is a known risk covered by the consent form, rather than a meaningful discussion of what was different about this session and why my recovery was much more different than before and how they will fix it. The fact that a complication of hyperpigmentation is a known risk doesn't automatically establish that the treatment was performed appropriately or that the provider's technique played no role. I believe it's reasonable to question what was different about this session, especially given my previous experience with the same laser. The practitioner's technique, settings, and execution are absolutely the primary factors in post-laser complications. Follow up after texting with the technician. I explained that I'm feeling sunburn sensitivity in some areas on my face along with brown discoloration and bumps and she completely deflected saying that, " it's only been a month and that's completely normal." --No that is not normal after a month. I also requested that the front desk email me my medical records, fraxel laser settings used, etc., and they still didn't email me. I'm going to seek other professional help. Not ever going back to this place..

My skin is acne-prone and it's taken a period of time to figure out how best to build a routine that works for my skin, but with Jane's help my skin is in a healthy maintenance phase! I started off with a acne/skin consultation with Jane and this facial consisted of a cleanse, exfoliation, facial steam, extractions, light therapy, and other services based on your skin's needs. I had a lot of acne/congestion in my skin so it definitely was a little raw after my first facial, but as I've been a regular, my skin has adapted to and heals much better after the service. Jane's extraction technique is amazing and she spends the time looking at every single pore on your face and extracting which reduces the amount of acne breakouts that I get in between sessions. Jane also gives really helpful advice on what your skin concerns are and provides recommendations (products/lifestyle changes) that can help target those skin conditions. The best advice I could give as someone who has spent time and energy trying to build a routine is to go at it slow (don't change your routine too often and give your skin the time it needs to adjust) and maintain your expectations especially if you have combination skin like me. But with Jane's help, you can definitely give your skin the love and care it deserves!
