Earlier this month I ordered from their website and selected delivery. After 5 hours and no emails, texts or calls I called the store. They told me they do not deliver? I told them they do because I have ordered delivery in the past. After being put on hold a couple of times they said they would send it right away. Today I stopped to pickup some Labatts Blue beer. The store is a shambles because they are putting in refrigeration units so 1/2 of the store is blocked off. This has been going on at least a couple of months. The aisles are not wide enough for a cart. I asked at the registers for Labatts and after spelling it 4 times they brought out a couple of new guys who googled it and told me they don't carry it. Their website plainly shows it "in stock". I buy it there all the time. I used to love this place but I am fed up. If they can't train new staff I'm out. Oh - and they sent me an email asking about my delivery experience, when I clicked I had a problem button it opened up my email prefilled with the address. The server is not accepting messages. It finally failed after 4 days of trying.

If you are looking for a particular beer, the guy working was more than happy to point me in the right direction. The prices are comparable to any other package store I have ever been in and they even have some deals that I have not encountered on wines and whatnot.

I live with a novice brewmaster who loves to search out obscure beers from around the world and we've actually been quite successful at finding them here. On occasion the owner has even tracked a brew down and ordered it for us! Yeah just a dollar but you should always make your customer happy and give the advertised price! When I questioned them they said that the bottles that were advertised were sold out. Really!!
