The owner of this franchise should rethink of how they mark up the prices, and have employees that actually enjoy being at work and not be so damn rude. I was looking for something specific; couldn't find it so went to the register to ask for help. One of the staff was ringing someone up and the other four looked like they were trying to find something on the register or a computer and didn't even look up. Finally, one of them did and when I asked he showed me the location of the item I was looking for. I like to wander around and look, so I did that. People coming and going, steadily busy. When I was ready to check out, I was asked if I was a rewards member, I said no. No follow up, no asking if I wanted to join, nothing. There was also a sign next to the register for a drawing that was to occur that night, the qualifier was a purchase amount which I exceeded. Just like the rewards, I was given no information, not offered an entry, again nothing. Also, no smile, no friendliness, nothing. I won't waste my time coming here again. Other places I go are way too friendly and helpful and seem to care that I am a customer. I didn't get that here at all. I was in the area, and they were listed as having the item I was looking for, next time I will go out of my way to go somewhere else.
