After contacting the dealer on numerous occasions only to get replies such as the person dealing with the matter is on holiday, on lunch or not in, it was clear they had no intention to solve the matter nor provide appropriate after sales service. My best advice would be to avoid this dealer unless you would like poor and unacceptable after sales customer service and possibly a vehicle that will break down soon after purchase.

After a 30 minute drive we reached car country sales only for the gentleman I had talked to earlier to say that the car was 10 cars deep and that it was not possible to take for a test drive. He went on to talk about people not being willing to buy cars after they take it for a test drive and that it would take a lot of time to get the car out. I appreciate that it would take a while to take the car out but then why did he tell me I could take it for a test drive in the morning of the same day? In defence of the company, it looks very professional and the car I was looking for looked in good shape (even though I could not take it for a drive), but I would not want to do business with someone so unprofessional as so waste so much of my time.

The Renault has moved from a big site on St. Albans road. They do have a garage here offering full servicing and MOTs. Customer parking is limited to about 5 spaces. You must approach this car park on the north side or you will have to go up and around the roundabout in front of the galleria. The salesmen are typical of car salesmen.

An offer was accepted on my car however they withdrew this whilst I was waiting for them to pay for the car even though they had had it weeks already . They tried telling me that my car had a fault with it, except there were absolutely no faults with the car. I was also fobbed off with other excuses which were not true. I think they had jsut decided they did not want it or they'd had no interest in it from buyers. In the end I sought legal advice and had to involve trading standards in order to get the money they owed me for my car. I'm sure they're as nice as pie when you're buying a car from them but I wouldn't trust them what so ever and certainly would never sell a car to them or recommend anyone has any dealings with them. I found them to be extremely unprofessional and they didn't appear to know what they're doing (even though they're meant to have been in the industry for years). This has been the worst experience from a garage (or any company) I have ever had.
