She literally walked out and saw that I had 2 bath mats and a throw shower rug and she said nope!! Turned around and walked back inside. I proceeded to follow her in to get a better understanding of what had just transpired and already she was on the phone with Matt (owner) telling him how my rug was brittle to the touch. Already laying out her justification for her actions. Mind you she never inspected my rug or anything. Her mind was made up before she even made contact with me. There was no one in the laundry facility at that time and I'm sure that was the intention. If I watched stories all day I wouldn't want to be interrupted either. Bad service all the way around. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on!! What sucks is the fact that I try to spend my money in my neighborhood. I spent $13.00 for three loads of clothes washed and dried. The space was clean, and the attendant was courteous.
