I haven't been in the South long but it seems everywhere we are we are greeted with warm friendly people and this spot was definitely not an exception! Tony was the guy I spoke to and he also cut my sons hair. We had to wait an hour to get into the chair which wasnt a problem for me, my son is just hyper and doesn't like to sit. Tony was BEYOND amazing with my son. He shared with me the products to use and what to do. I took my youngest today and Immediately felt like a burden from the minute he sat in his chair. My son is 5 and has developed a fear of the scissors so was a little apprehensive as we got towards the end of his haircut and it was time to trim the front . He panicked and didn't want to let him trim , I can understand Andrew not wanting to force him to cut his hair , I would not have forced my son to sit there scared . I only wanted to ask if he could trim it with a comb and the clippers but he didn't want to hear me out I guess . He grabbed his cup and phone and walked away , going into a back room and shutting the door . I waited a few minutes , he came out again momentarily and then Went right back into the room and shut the door . No communication at all . So I just grabbed my son , left the money on his station and left . We won't be using them for haircuts anymore .His customer service today was absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly just rude.

So my brother told me about this barber shop and specifically said see Dwyone, well he was busy…read moremaking a masterpiece out of this young kids hair and was booked up until 7pm. Of course that time wasn't going to work for me so I was seen by Jr. Now I will say that he didn't do a terrible job, not bad at all, but he cut my beard like his and that I don't like. I said keep it thick and he cut it thin. It's kind of my fault because I should have said specifically how to cut my entire head including my beard and mustache, but I was waiting for him to ask "so how you want your beard cut?" which he did not. Overall not a bad job I just didn't want to look like some of the young kids.
