He and his two crew members arrived with moving blankets, a dolly, and other useful equipment. They drove the U-Haul truck for us so that we did not have to. We were combining households, so we had to go to two different apartments and then unload everything into a third location. He and his crew did so with the utmost efficiency and were done in far less time than I anticipated. They even returned the U-Haul truck for us so that we did not have to go back to the U-Haul store. Additionally, Iain took the time to drop by the day after the move with an item that we had accidentally left with him. He and his crew demonstrated nothing but professionalism, experience, clear communication, and care throughout the entire moving process. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who wants moving day to go smoothly!

These guys are the best! At 1:00 AM (don't ask) my water stopped in the house. My first thought…read morewas my well had run dry, but since that has never happened before I figured it must be something else. Not knowing what I was looking at/for, I took a flashlight out to the pump and wiggled the first wire I saw. Shazam, the pump started right up! I was afraid a larger problem would grow from this so I called Anderson at 2:00 AM and left a message. At 2:00 that afternoon they rolled up into the yard. After a thorough going-over they determined that the problem was a switch that wasn't making constant contact (apparently my jiggling of that wire had restored it). They installed a new switch and within 15 minutes things were as good as new! I highly recommend these guys for any and all well/pump problems you may encounter.

There is a real lack of integrity and customer follow-up. The fellow in the office has continued to make my call and profusely apologizes. He understands why I can no longer deal with G&H.
