Here is why they earned my business for life: Punctual: They came on the exact day and time we requested and were perfectly on time. Above & Beyond Service: Our technician, Tito, was incredible. He replaced the water supply valves we called about, but then went the extra mile to install her new vanity AND haul away the old one! Same-Day Magic: Everything was completed on the very same day they came out to look at the job. Great Pricing: The final bill was incredibly fair for the amount of hard work they put in. Most importantly, my mom is my world and Tito treated my her with the utmost kindness and care. She was so thrilled the service that she called me the second he left to make sure I gave them a stellar review on her behalf. Thank you, Tito and Bartlett Plumbing, for taking such great care of my mom!

Be careful with this company. I just simply wanted to get an idea of what it would cost me. And…read moreof course, I should have been more diligent when he states, "I have guys in your area now, if we can get you the right price can we get you done today". His "sales pitch" to avoid giving an estimate before starting work was a big failure on my part. Rickey comes in acting like a good guy and quickly running through numbers but not giving a written estimate. He states that it depends on how much of his wonderful product will need to be used. With that being said he did a section of my driveway for his high end verbal guestimate. It was ridiculous to have argue with a guy (good guy Tom disappeared) over his poor choice to not give me a written estimate and paint a picture of a more reasonable cost and for me to have sticker shock at the new price he quoted for just the section. I am disappointed with myself for not requiring a written estimate but I never thought that he would maneuver the price for the whole driveway to be 2-2.5 times more than his buddy-to-buddy verbal estimate. I cannot recommend Mr. Rickey's Asphalt (his team was very nice) but I would recommend being careful of any professional that can't give a written estimate and then stand by it. Thanks Mr. Rickey for the stress and frustration.

Because of COVID, contractors could not visit him with proposals, so he asked me to find a contractor. I called a couple of locations including Handyman Solutions. They were very helpful in explaining how to measure for the stairlift, and their price was $1000 less for the lift I needed. The homeowner approved their proposal. They were booked for about 2 weeks, but they said Matt tried to work in jobs like this into the schedule as soon as possible so people could return home. The following day one of their jobs only took 1/2 the time estimated. They sent Brad out to install my customers stairlift. He did a great job. He showed me how to operate the unit, and offered to come back to show the homeowner if needed. He also did an inspection of the home for fall hazards, and potential devices to help the homeowner. Matt followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was satisfactory. I could not be more impressed with the service and professionalism of Handyman Solutions.
