I love my provider and it pains me to give only a 2 ** rating due to the slack customer service…read morereceived at the reception counter in the lobby entry. I arrived at my appointed time and the two women behind the desk had their faces buried in their computers, neither of them were on the phone with anyone, nor were there any patients ahead of me at either of their stations. I waited over a minute at the check-in "Wait Here" point, then wondering if I even needed to wait there since I had previously completed the online check-in prior to my arrival. When I asked if I needed to continue waiting, one of the ladies blurted out with a rudely brisk, "Just wait. I'm busy." .... AND STILL WITH NO EYE CONTACT OR COURTEOUS WORDS SPOKEN, such as a, "Good morning! I'll be right with you!" Mind you, this was the third time I came for my appointment over the course of 3 weeks, only to find out the two previous times AFTER MY ARRIVAL!!, that it had been canceled by my provider due to personal reasons. Soooo, not sure who the office manager is, at this location, but they need to get their act together and replace or retrain the two ladies at the entry point. I'm seriously considering changing my provider services to another more competent location.

My provider used to be called New West Physicians but changed to Optum last year. I went in for my…read more'free' Medicare Wellness exam in January and was charged $141.00 for my visit. According to Optum customer service my doctor discussed something out of the ordinary with me that resulted in the charge. I wasn't prescribed any additional tests or referred to a specialist for further examination so I'm really at a loss as to why I am being charged this additional fee.

Do not go here. They treat you so awful. My family is very sick and I got the same symptoms so I…read moreknew I had it as well. When I got there I was basically told to wait 5-6 days with the symptoms and to go see my PCP. Which is not the same thing any of my family members had been told by a different urgent care. They were seen and given medication that day. (UC Health) I got no resolution to my visit. Just told to go see someone else after I've continued to be sick when the only way to get better is with antibiotics. They were incredibly rude and not helpful when I had questions. And when I explained that UC Health had given medication to my family they said "well go see them then". So now I will have to pay another Co-pay to try again with a place that won't treat me like garbage. Waste of time, and money.

Zero stars. You may as well lie down in traffic & wait for someone to hit you & call an ambulance…read more You'll receive better care. I have been having symptoms for a few days but tested negative at home every day. This morning my airway was swollen and I was having trouble getting air. So I went to urgent care to be tested and hopefully get an antiviral med or antibiotic if it was Strep. I tested positive for Covid, but due to a technicality they refused to prescribe meds. Mind you, I can't breathe comfortably. They couldn't give steroids, but offered an albuterol inhaler. My whole point of going in was to get something to help me fight this, and get some rest. Albuterol won't allow me to sleep and it works like a steroid, but has never cleared swelling with respiratory issues in the past. So, useless. What good is it to refuse to prescribe steroids to save my immune system if my airway closes tonight? Huh? When I told them my airway was swollen, they listened to my lungs. They were clear, so I reiterated, "yes, because my AIRWAY is swollen. My lungs are fine." I wasn't heard. My health concerns were not listened to or even met. And I don't know if I will have to choose between breathing or sleeping tonight.
