This was not a pleasant experience at all and really put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I should also mention that there is no point to put an alternative person to pick up my order because they do not use that information. It seems that either their system is outdated or the sales associates do not know how to work the system. I cannot imagine ever coming back here with that worker's demeanor... immensely off putting.
