I also get an email notification when the order is ready for pick up, so I am not sure why the sales associate had to speak to me the way she did. This was not a pleasant experience at all and really put an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I should also mention that there is no point to put an alternative person to pick up my order because they do not use that information. It seems that either their system is outdated or the sales associates do not know how to work the system. I cannot imagine ever coming back here with that worker's demeanor... immensely off putting.

Missing items listed in the description. 2) Extra item paid for, set of 3 balloons, were not delivered. 3) Extra Item paid for, greeting card, was not delivered (thus no mention of who sent the item). 4) delivered so late in day, it almost didn't make it to the recipient. 5) Item looked like it was crushed or dropped. 6) repeated calls to the store are not answered. 7) repeated calls to the corporate line are not answered. 8) Chat function will not work for order issues, just takes new orders. 9) email system says response in 48 hours and 72 hours later, still no response.
