They then began to have problems with other sub contractors and the job went on for several months. I found inconsistent numbers in their billing. I asked John why the totals were more than the addends and his reply was they do that to cover any mistake their estimator makes. The 3 carbon monoxide roof vents were damaged and on the contract to replace. They were only painted to look new and not replaced. I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October. We had builder grade gas logs that died. This led me to the discovery that repair or replacement of…read morea gas fireplace ia a somewhat niche business that Archer and very few others do. Archer was one of several quotes - and be careful when dealing in this area- but came in as one of the lower ones. However, replacement of a gas fireplace is NOT a cheap project. Patrick Archer was our salesman and Sean did the work with one of his assistants. Watching the installation, I felt a bit better about the price tag - Sean was literally going in and out of a 10" by10" hole - multiple times - he is a human ferret. They pulled everything out including the exterior vent (the 10 x 10 hole), replaced the exterior siding, installed the new unit, fixed the drywall, hooked everything up to the gas line, and re-tiled. The work was excellent and was a lot more involved than I would have thought. The only complication was that initially the logs would not reliably light, but the company was responsive and sent out a tech who adjusted the positioning which fixed it (something about airflow). And we don't have the manual for the logs which makes the remote functionality a bit hit and miss sometimes since we don't have the instructions, but we're working on it and have a request in to the company. We asked when they could do the work and they said TODAY! They had a few things to do after lunch but said they would be back around 5pm. They arrived right on schedule and removed 17 stumps in about 3 hours. Folks, they did an outstanding job, grinding 3-4 inches into the ground and grinding any exposed roots attached to the stumps. So I believe I called MBC midweek, and they were able to come out that weekend! The price was EXTREMELY affordable for a 2 level deck, last minute appointment, on a Saturday! (Wish I had that level of focus!) He was kind, respectful, professional, and even had someone notice his truck and wanted to see his work from the street. I genuinely hope this review helps. I was skeptical at first because he only has one review, but he's VERY professional, licensed and insured, has professional branding, and is a well run business with great customer service and even better work!

When David saw the gate and driveways, he did not hesitate at all. He immediately said that he can do it, and no problem. We ended up having the entire exterior of our house and the deck get cleaned up too. The result was amazing! We were just in awe of the difference in the before and after appearance of our gate, driveways, walkways, stucco, and deck. It's funny that certain features of our landscape showed up as we didn't even know they existed. David is an excellent worker and he takes pride in his craft. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend MBC Power Washing for any power washing job that you need for your residence or commercial property.
