Ben was sent to my house on Thursday, took care of my electrical work in a timely manner, explained everything to me that he was doing, and cleaned up after he was done. They also managed to do it the day after a storm when every other company in the area was telling me a week out. (I started calling plumbers closer to me and eventually worked my way farther out). And I deeply regret calling them. The week before Thanksgiving, I requested service on 3 toilets in my home to have the tank parts replaced. I was having family coming and wanted the work completed before they arrived. They sent Michael to my home. He provided a quote just under $1,300 for the repair, advising that there could possibly be damage if I chose to go this way, and they would not be responsible if that happened. He provided a quote of $$2,250 to replace all 3 toilets with an American Standard model, and said there would not be any damage. He said he could do it that day, so I reluctantly agreed to have them replaced. He said it would take 3 hours. His only business in my basement storage room was to turn off the main water valve. However, I should have paid more attention to his whereabouts. I thought it odd that he carried out a white canvas bag that appeared stuffed with something, and I wish I had stopped him to ask what was in the bag. I also wish I had gone into the basement and checked to see if anything was missing before he left. I thought it odd that he didn't depart after he finished working. Another Precision Plumbing van pulled up and parked in front of my house. I now wish I had gone outside. At a later date, I went down to the basement to get Christmas decorations and discovered many, many items, were missing from the storage room where the water main is located. I was very upset about this and called Precision Plumbing and left a voicemail for someone to call me. Candace, the former owner's sister now runs the company. She called me back and said she spoke with Michael and he denied taking the items and also denied there was another company vehicle at my home that night. However, after checking GPS, she confirmed with me that there was another company van at my home, just as I saw and described. I reported the theft to the county sheriff's office. They prepared a report and recommended I install cameras to watch service providers. I'm letting people know they should not be shy about watching over people working in their home. I advise having additional people on hand to watch with you. It's getting to where people know they can take from others and get away with it. I would not recommend using this company for this reason.

Firstly, I have two units for my home, and I knew that eventually I would have to replace the two of them because they were on their last legs. One of the units kept tripping a breaker. I submitted a claim with my home warranty (Choice Home Warranty) and they contracted out BCA Climate Control to come fix the issue or whatever it is that Home Warranty companies want them to do. The technician who came by was friendly and quite welcoming. He was very honest with me, and knowing the condition of the unit, he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me. It's something I appreciated because in this day and age, many businesses try to squeeze you for all they can. The technician (we'll call him Frank) let me know that the chance of the home warranty fixing the part or replacing the pump itself was slim to none. I asked him how much it would cost for a new one and he gave me a price that didn't make me queasy. I then asked him for a price for both systems, and his price seemed very fair. I had originally planned on having a few other companies come by to quote me on two systems, but speaking with Frank, I wanted to give him my business. He wasn't trying to get me to overpay for a system that was more than I needed, he gave me quality and exactly what was needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Mere hours after he came by under the umbrella of a home warranty company, he had won me over and we agreed to replace both systems in my home. Frank and his colleague worked very hard to replace both systems. Doing so over the course of 2 days. A busted sprinkler in my yard caused the area where he and his colleague would work to be muddy, but they got the job done. I sincerely appreciated the kindness by both his colleague and him. My wife offered them some snacks and tea throughout the day, and my kids seemed to enjoy having them around. A happy family, makes a happy dad. I surely was happy with my new Trane system, but more now that I have this company as my preferred service provider for my HVAC system. Once my yard dries up and we clean things up, I'll post a picture of their work. I'll be utilizing BCA Climate Control to service my new system every 6 months. It will be good to have them back. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed and if any of their other techs are as good Frank or even half as good, you're going to be in good hands.
